Steve's has done work for me before and they do not disappoint. Again Outstanding Five Star Customer Service. Lyle and Audie came out to do the assessment and told me in detail what it would cost to have my heater up and running again. Really nice guys, and no sooner Maka drove up and started the work and was very maticulous making sure all is right, and didn't leave till it was. Very satisfied with everything that was done. $$$$$$ does this give u an idea of how I feel about this company. If you don't mind paying the ridiculously inflated ""emergency"" price and putting up with a very rude plumber then give them a call. When EPS employees (plumber) showed up, 1 1/2 hr after eta with no update on running late his first words to me where ""can we just get this done I'm really tired"" wow. $650 to snake a pipe which he coursed a leak in by snaking it and then he tells me ""I don't have time to fix that, put some stop leak tape on it and schedule something during the week.""

Called Emergency Plumbing good response time same day service. Frank came to look no hot water he recommended to change and upgrade water heater cost over 5 grand sent proposal via email for no upgrade cost 4500.00+ decided to change pump on my own to see if that might be the problem sure enough failed pump. Service is good diagnostics alittle more certainty and checking and not just determining a costly job as the remedy

My boyfriend & I really needed plumbing services ASAP and they were super kind and helpful! Customer service that was assisting me would call back and make sure everything is fine and that our technician was on his way! Our technicians name is Jhan Gear and he helped us out so much! They really make sure they keep everything clean especially covering their shoes up before coming in! Thank you for all the help, definitely calling them up again if I need it!

I would say this company is a 3 They are overall 3.5 Just be careful of lazy plumbers In fairness they will give u an electronic quote when they see the problem, but like any other ghetto plumber, overpriced like this one. This company good for simple stuff like snaking lines but dont ask for bigger work Thx

Recently discovered a major leak from my solar water heater which cause major damages to my drywall and hazardous mold and toxins to my family. When original plumber wouldn't return my call, I contacted Emergency Plumbing and Solar, who was highly recommended in my neighborhood. Jesse Mitchell, the plumber in charge, was very professional, reliable and worked efficiently with Myron Yamashiro from HI Restoration Service to save me time, money, and reduce stress! In fact the entire team including Josh, Reuben, Cody, Keoki Jr., Jan, Kahela... were all friendly, accommodating, and provided top-notch customer service! The whole team saved me a lot of time and money, and reduced headaches during this stressful emergency. Reliable, honest, dependable, and friendly team! Highly recommended company!

Thank you and a big shout out to Kyle who located the leak that had been seeping into our apartment for a month. He was polite, fast, and most important very clean. He had to cut a few holes in the drywall to locate and than repair the pipe, but the work was done to minimize damage and he cleaned up after each area he had targeted to the point of making sure bath mats were back in their place. He was very pleasant to talk and took ownership of his work. Thank you Kyle!

This is my first experience with Emergency Plumbling & Solar. I contacted them on-line about a washing machine drain back up. Jan was very responsive in sending out a technician, she called and texted to reconfirm my appointment, called and texted to let me know that a technician was on his way, and called to follow up after the work was completed. Kyle, the technician, was very confident in his work, was quick to identify the issue, was careful in working around the appliance, and did a good job cleaning up after. My overall experience was excellent! Great job.

After 13-months, the leak has returned. I called back to learn that the work had only a 6-month warranty (ok, I guess) & that the 2-year family plan warranty that I was promised as a consolation for the unethical behavior of the original plumber was a lie. More evidence of this business' horrible management and business practices.
