Had an appointment at 8-10 in the morning, they never showed up had. Finally at 4:00 pm someone called me and asked if I still needed them. I asked the lady what happened and why they never called or show up and she hung up in my face. So sad.

was scheduled for today for tech to arrive at noon to 2:00pm called the office at 2:01PM was wondering if tech was still coming or not and office rep said she will try touch bases with tech then our tech showed up at 2:24PM brought his snake with him and gave us an estimate of $396 for the work for snake and opening the pipes and explaining to us what is going on. after he snaked it for about 20minutes of works tops. He didnt open any pipes on the bottom of the bathroom sink and I asked how much do we owe he said its still going be $396 and he quoted i do have 29years of experience but if another tech was to come here they would've had to open the pipes and that would've bene the cost. But because I have that much years under my belt i knew to only snake it and this was your estimate. then I called the main office and made a complaint like literally tech showed up 24minute late did quoted us $396 /w tax and snaked it for 20mins tops and was going to charge us that much then he finally reduce the price and said since he didnt open the pipes his gonna just charge $249. PLEASE CALL THEM IF YOU LIKE TO GET RIPPED OFF I DONT LIVE IN SF IM HERE HNL I DONT WHY IT SAYS IM SF ON PROFILE SORRY FOR CAPS but this how i feel atm thanks

don't use this company if you can avoid it. arrived late to job and didn't let us know. they didn't inform us of a dispatch fee ($90) and to fix a single handle, wanted to charge us $500.. then of course they found another problem they needed $400 for. they will upsell you entirely to make it worth their time and say things to confuse you so you think they know what they are talking about. their invoice never itemizes anything so you don't know what you are actually paying anyways. we found someone able to fix the simple job for entirely free outside of this company, but we lost money and our time here. sorry, won't be working with them again.

Thank you to Emergency Plumbing and Solar and technician Shayne for assisting us with an emergency toilet and drain fix on Sunday. It's a super stressful situation when your tenants' can't use the water or toilet in their apartment all day. Shayne knew exactly what to do and also noticed some areas we should be aware of. Will definitely call upon them again.

I would give this review 0 stars if I could. It's been almost a month and the company has not given me the refund they said they would. This place is a giant scam. The man who can in was extremely rude on the phone when I tried to direct him into my driveway. Then when he came in he was completely wasted or high, possibly both. He was slurring his words and offering my boyfriend to do the whole thing on the side and at the same time telling us it would cost $800 and that he would have to take our toilet off. On top of that he seemed to be scoping out our place and told my boyfriend ""don't burn me bro"". The woman on the phone told me they would issue a refund but it's been a month and I've seen nothing. Additionally when we got the work done by an actual plumber they didn't need to take the toilet off. This place is absolutely terrible, even if your in an emergency situation I highly recommend you go somewhere else even if the quote is higher. You get what you pay for.

I needed a same day turnaround for a leaking garbage disposal, MIL is in town and I don't have time to hope for a straightforward DIY. I gave them a ring at 9:30 this morning and the replacement was completed by 1. Kyle was professional and courteous, I would use them again.

Installed a new water heater. Told to wait two hours for hot water. Two service calls and three days later still no hot water. My nephew just got his plumbing journeyman's license. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The dummies from EPS installed the mixing valve backwards. This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Reporting them to BBB and Consumer Affairs.

These fahkas.... Making an appointment doesn't mean squat...they will throw your appointment in the trash as soon as something more profitable comes up. The canceled on me 2 hours before... Luckily, Allen's plumbing saved the day and took care of me quickly. Now, the freaking lady stay blowing up my phone trying reschedule...I blocked the number. Terrible service... Honor your customers appointments...hire more technicians so you can take care of one job at a time. Not that hard to figure out.

It's been 4 days and I'm still waiting. U absolutely cannot count on them to be there. If it's important call someone else. As u can see, still no response. Day 5. No response. Went from emergency to catastrophe.
