Mahalo nui to Lynn for helping us in our time of need. Kitchen sink overflowed the night before. We live in a condo, 2nd floor so all of our neighbors above us couldn't use their sinks or dishwashers. It was challenging trying to find someone to come before 9am but Lynn was able to make that happen! The plumber showed up (forgot his name) but he was kind and knew what he was doing. Fixed the problem and now everyone above us can go back to normal! A little pricey but it was urgent to get it done. Mahalo nui!!!

Main drain was clogged. Toilet and Shower backing up. The tech snaked the line and it was flowing in no time. Only down side is their cost. I had a main drain auger from Loyalty plumbing and it was only $160 (or $180, can't remember). But EPS quoted me $384 ($402 after tax) to clear the clog. With no other choice (called 8 other companies, they were all booked) I had to go with EPS. Easily would've been a 5 star if their prices were a little more reasonable. Quick response though!

Giving them 3 stars just because their response time was good as well as their customer service. We called them due to a leak we were having in our shower. The supervisor came out and told us since the homes in our area had issues with faulty water lines it would be best to change out all of our water lines. Their estimate came out extremely high, don't know if it was because it was an emergency situation but at the time we were pressed against a wall and a hard place since the leak was pretty bad. We agreed and they took 2-4 days to complete the job. Then 3 weeks later while my daughter was taking a shower in our upstairs bathroom and I was taking a shower in the downstairs bathroom the leak started up again. I called them back and this time it took longer for someone to come out. I asked them since we spent a ton of money and the same place is leaking we shouldn't be charged for them to fix the leak. Its not our fault the guy who came out misdiagnosed the problem. But they wanted $250 more for them to fix the leak. We refused to pay then more money and got another plumber to fix it at a more reasonable cost. Would not recommend this company, we may have been screwed out of thousands of dollars.

Sydney is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He responds quickly to calls. Sydney was very explicit when he would be available. I have used Akamai Appliance for several of my properties and referred them to many clients. He is quick to diagnose the problem. He had to get parts and returned the same day. You might pay less, but you won't get the quality of service and expertise that you will with Sydney.

This company sucks. They are liars and take advantage of senior citizens. A 3 day going on 4 weeks. Give one quote, then next give a higher quote. Lahela never returns calls and the manager is just as bad. Just a warning if you DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF STAY AWAY. ​i hope this company goes down for ripping my parents off.

I had to call Emergency Plumbing and Solar because my waterline started leaking that goes to my Fridge. In the process I ended up needing to have my Water shut off valve replaced because we couldn't turn the water off. They came out at 11:00pm on a Monday to get the leash to stop & was back to fix the Shut off valve the next day. When they did that and finished there was still a leak, not knowing where it was coming from they had to come back out to fix it again. The last time they came out they sent two new people people to fix the leaks. This time they sent Rob & John. Rob assured me that they would get it fixed and put back together as good or better. They worked on it all day long because it was a bigger repair then we all realized, but when they finished I was very happy with the service and work that Rob and his apprentice John did. He left me feeling very relieved and happy with the work they did! I would highly recommend using Emergency Plumbing and Solar... and if you are able to request Rob he did an awesome job and would highly recommend them as a team!

I Called EPS because my toilet was older and kept clogging, and I wanted something newer. I needed a toilet asap and they were the only company to answer. They sent out Technician Grant, and he was the best plumber I've ever had. He presented me multiple options and I went with the gold package because I wanted something a little more fancy. He installed this awesome 1 piece toilet that same night, and I couldn't be happier with what he installed for me. The pricing was very fair and he was very quick and clean. 5/5 I will never call another plumbing company again. He even gave me a military discount. Thank you EPS and Grant, you are truly a life saver and I couldn't be happier!

Our apartment unit's shower & toilet clogged while being cleaned. EPS's office quickly responded to my VM. Their text status & email of the assigned technician was really helpful. Once Robert arrived, he was polite, informative, and took the time to speak to the building management to see the format of the plumbing lines (which shared a line with neighboring units). Rob took care of the clog, but the most appreciated part of their service was the call follow up by both Christine at the office and by Robert who explained his findings. Felt like he went above and beyond. Both were professional at all interactions. The report, photos, and findings were contained in the invoice and emailed. Very helpful in a situation where documentation is required. Highly recommend working with EPS again.
