Well I was charged 1 k for sweeting 4 pipes and the price of a faucet. 190 for the facet and 810 for the 4 pipes. That's 200 per pipe. Robbery!! He was done in under an hour. That's more than a high priced lawyer!

Wow. I've had this company do some work for me over the last three years. First off, they always answer the phone, and make an immediate visit to assess the problem, and give you an estimate as to cost and time of repair. Then when they do the repair, it's absolutely first rate, no compromising on the quality of the supplies and materials. I had to have my entire hot water and solar rebuilt due to shoddy workmanship from before. When they finished, it was first rate, excellent use of material (real copper piping), and worked really late to get the job done. Then on top of that they gave me a multi year guarantee and made themselves available for any immediate surprises. There were none. And...so now most recently, when I developed a lead in my bathroom, they promptly fixed it, and same quality work. I especially appreciate Mattie, as well as the proprietor. Highly, highly recommended!

I called for help with a leak in my water main. The company was quick to respond and communicative throughout. Cody and Jericho came to my home and quickly resolved the issue. They made sure the leak was fixed and then made sure there were no other leaks. I am very appreciative for their professionalism and how thorough they were. Mahalo- Erik

I removed the following review December, 2022 as a condition for Emergency Plumbing to rectify, after a year, the leak from the flu pipe for the water heater they installed. They sent a worker to seal the leak on December 28th, 2022. It appeared to be fine but we didn't have any significant rain until the end of January so I thought the leak was fixed. On checking closer I found there was water in my leak catching bucket after the heavier rains started again so the leak is not fixed and I am reposting the review I removed in December, 2022. Read it and be aware. This is a follow-up to the review I wrote on January 5, 2020 giving this company a 4-star rating. In rethinking my business with them I realized I had been less than forthcoming with my review. First, I must admit they were prompt and able to meet my emergency need in a day. To date, January 8, 2020 I have yet to receive a detailed invoice for the work performed. If I calculate the on-demand water heater costing $1,000-$2,000, this company charged me around $500 per hour for their work. I am not complaining as I was pleased with the rapid response and initial workmanship. However, as I stated on Jan. 5th, I had to call them back as they neglected to install the condensation drain but they did come back the day I finally diagnosed the problem and fixed it very nicely. After the drain was installed and the water should have dried in the garage, I noticed there was still water so I checked farther. I found the flu pipe was leaking down on the new water heater and down the wall. I called and they came out very quickly to check it out. Their assessment was that they didn't install the flu so it wasn't their responsibility to fix it on their dime. I was quoted about $700 to replace the flu and seal the roof around the new flu with a metal collar to prevent sun rot on the sealant. They were supposed to come back the next day so I waited and no one showed, no one called and I am still waiting 5 days later. Of course I will tell them I addressed the problem myself for about $10 with some sealant. Initially, I would have recommended this company. Now, I would only recommend them if you are desperate and in a dire emergency as I feel they are extremely expensive and not sure if their other work is of the same ""quality"" as mine. As a final consolation, everyone I dealt with at this company were very friendly and appeared to want to do their best.

I have mixed reviews. We had a water pressure issue and the plumbers came by and fixed the problem that day. We were impressed by their work and honesty. Then 2 days later, we had a leak. I called to see if they can come back. I was put on hold while the dispatch went to look to see if anyone was available. I waited on hold for 10 minutes, then got disconnected. I tried calling back a few more times and it now goes straight to voicemail. WHAT?! So, now on the search for a company that is more responsive.

I was slowly going nuts listening to my 30+ year old dripping shower. After a few weeks of trying to find the stem replacement and watching DIY videos on You Tube to fix the problem myself, I broke down and called Emergency Plumbing and Solar. Based on my description of the problem, they came out the next morning ready for action. There was a small piece missing for the job but our local Ikeuchi and Sons Hardware Store had it on hand and the job was completed. I enjoyed meeting Matty and Daniel and while they worked on the replacement shower valve, they also showed me how I could service it myself in the future when needed. This was my first time asking plumbers for help so I was a bit surprised by the price of the repair/replacement but it was clear that I couldn't have done it. They went through a wall, sawed off the pipes to the valve, soldered new fittings onto the replacement and water pipes and put a new Delta faucet in my shower stall. My advice is to get an idea of the range of possible costs before they show up ready to work!! I would call on them again though, because the problem was fixed and they were polite and helpful! Thank you, Matty and Daniel! Its nice having a quiet and dry master bathroom again!
