Mike and his team were outstanding! They completely transformed our bathroom from 1960s blah to a beautiful more-efficient and inviting space that adds value to our home. They were always on time, kept the house clean, and I felt safe being in the house alone with them. We had a very strict budget and Mike not only honored the budget but found ways to save us additional money. I felt like he and his team truly had our best interest at heart. Thank you so much!

Had prompt, courteous service from EPS. They replaced two of my very old toilets quickly and cleaned up everything before they left the house. Great service!

I am a real estate broker and was recently representing a buyer on a condo purchase. For some reason, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. As our closing date was approaching, we could not reach a deal with the sellers as we had no idea whether the problem was a $100 fix or or a $5000 fix. I contacted EPS and they shifted their schedules to have someone come out the next day. Evan was great! He quickly identified the problem and said he would order the necessary parts. We were able to get a credit from the seller for the cost of repairs and we closed on time. Thank you EPS! I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I have used Mike and EPS for many plumbing repairs at my primary and rental properties- including replacing a water heater and repiping an entire home. Mike and his team are always professional, courteous, and clean and they get the job done right the first time. Mike's extensive knowledge of construction and contracting makes him an ideal plumber because he understands the big picture. I would highly recommend him and EPS to handle any job large or small.

Bernard just came to fix a leaky shower head and ended up fixing my slow flushing toilet as well as my hard to remove daughter's bathroom shower head. He was very detailed about explaining the problem. He was very courteous, professional, and didn't waste my time talking too much. Fast, professional and punctual.
I would definitely use and recommend Emergency Plumbing Services again!

I agree with the other reviews: DO NOT TRUST this business. We had a painful experience with them. I really don't know why home warranty pick this business. Because of this, I ceased my home warranty as well.

Emergency Service is not a proper name for this company. I had water overflowing into our home for a stoppage. We submitted an emergency request through our home warranty and was asked to call them to follow up. We called the main line and their offices were closed. We left two voicemails on their after-hours lines and never received a call back. Not sure why they claim to be a 24 hour company. A whole day after not being able to use the water in our home we called the home warranty company only to find out that they had rejected the work order. It would have been helpful if someone from EPS called us to let us know they couldn't help us. They are not a company to trust in case of an emergency.

I gave EPS an opportunity to re assess and make things right at my house. The owner, Mike, initially offered to complete the work (that should have been completed in the 1st place) for a little over $1000. I was intrigued. He comes over, looks at the house, tells me they would call me tomorrow (today) as soon as they worked out the hours/numbers (they didn't call.) I message him, he says that I seem to have my mind make up and pursues to jack the price up to over $2000 dollars to complete the original work that was not done by his plumbers. Do not trust this business. He told me ""let's chalk this up to a miscommunication."" No, not a miscommunication, you still tried to profit off of this clearly dishonest and unethical business practice.
Mike, the owner, came to my house and told me to my face ""My plumber feels like he did you a favor."" A favor does not include guaranteeing work, completing half of it and leaving LEAKY SEWAGE UNDERNEATH MY HOUSE.
So sad that businesses operate this way, we should be better to each other this day and age. I do not buy any of what was told to me by either of these professionals.

This is the plumbing company the home warrant company sent out when our hot water heater died and it took them 3 weeks to replace it! Then they installed it and it immediately started leaking the next day. When I called back to complain they told me they couldn't get someone out there for another 2 days. I am still chasing them around for the permit and inspection card. We paid for the permit and they didn't bother getting it until after the work was complete. I had to threaten to call the BBB and the state licensing board before I finally got the permit. I am still trying to get the inspection card from them and all they will tell me is sorry, we don't have it.

The plumber came to my house for a home warranty job and cut into the drywall which we expected. However, he didn't use a drop cloth to protect my kitchen floor, drywall dust was everywhere, and he left a piece of drywall literally hanging from the ceiling. I'm 7 months pregnant and have a 5 year old running around and when he left I walked literally on my hands and knees sweeping and washing my floors and moving stuff back. He even left the insulation just sitting in the corner of my kitchen.
I was told that they don't do drywall repairs, which is fine. However the state that he left my kitchen was unacceptable for any ""Professional!""
He was actually a nice guy, but I think the lack of attention to detail and leaving me worse off than I was, was a bit more than I bargained for.
