The pilot to my hot water heater went out and wouldn't reignite likely since it was almost 10 yers old. I obtained a couple of quotes - Emergency Plumbing was lower and was able to replace the unit immediately. I also needed a small water pipe repaired that lead to my garage, which had burst over the winter. Konstantin was courteous, very professional and finished both jobs in about an hour. My water heater decided to go out on me on a Saturday. My go-to plumber retired a couple years ago, so I was on the hunt for a new go-to plumber. Read countless reviews and price shopped. I reached out and Konstantin came out on a Sunday morning for a replacement. He wore boot covers and was courteous. He cleaned up and left the area cleaner than it was when he came.
