Called Sunday for an emergency issue with my main line, told me they could do it that day and gave me a rough price and told me that they'd give me an eta when they can.

The tech called and informed me I'd be paying an additional 350 fee for it being Sunday that wasn't discussed prior. Hours later when I cannot really make calls and expect someone else to come out. They called and told me that they misunderstood and there wasn't a fee.

Well they never came or called me back, or replied to a text or phone call.

I rushed to Home Depot to rent the tool and do it myself.

Would not recommend, or trust at all. If I wasn't knowledgeable and have the ability to do it on my own I'd have been in trouble.

Joel and Brandon were extremely professional and efficient.

Responded immediately yesterday when I posted on Yelp and gave an evaluation over the phone. They came over the next day and were able to fix ALL my problems and at a very competitive rate. (Initially I asked another plumber for an evaluation but they misread the problem and were about to charge me 4 times the price)

Will definitely find them again when I have plumbing issues in the future!

Joel gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair a leaky toilet. He didn't have the necessary tools to do the repair on the spot, so I made an appointment to have it done. Manny came out to do the work and did a great job. These folks are great to work with--reasonable prices, friendly, helpful, arrive on time. I'd hire them again for future plumbing work.
