All the five-star reviews are spot-on. My toilet was flushing very poorly and I suspected a root invasion. Jason was recommended by a friend.

He completely solved the problem, cleared the roots, checked the pipes with a camera, and is clearly an expert with great attention to detail. It was fascinating to watch a master plumber immediately diagnose and fix with exactly the right tools in hand. I have instructions on preventative maintenance, too. Prices are reasonable and communication is good. When you text him, keep in mind he's probably at a job so expect a pause between replies. Would not hesitate to use again.

My landscape irrigation pipes were completely clogged by roots. I had called a big company specializing in drains. They came out and looked at them and said they would have to go under my concrete to clear them and didn't think that was a good idea. On top of that, they surprised me with a $60 fee to check out my situation (5 min.).

A close friend had reached out to Jason at Emergency Plumbing and Drains when she had some drain problems and she highly recommended him.

I reached out to Jason and he was quick to respond. I told him about my situation and in 2 minutes he told me what my problem was and what was required to fix it (a medium - large hydro-jet).

Jason did not cover my area (South Carlsbad) but gave me an excellent referral for someone that did - Jeremy and Bobby at Drain Solutions. They were extremely responsive and worked very hard to clear my drains from these enormous roots that had clogged the pipes. They even found a large drain that was completely buried under soil and grass. A sample of the roots that were living in the drains is pictured below.

Needless to say, I am extremely grateful to Jason for his quick diagnostics and excellent referral. Hard working and honest!

Rude asshole - parked in front of my house, taking up both parking spots, when asked to move up so a 2nd car could park - refused, saying ""I have to get in the back too"". Maybe park in front of the house being serviced instead of inconveniencing other people? Apparently too much to ask.

Jason came to our home for two reasons - to replace our shower cartridges/balancing spools, and more importantly to find the leak in our front yard (under our fairly new artificial turf). He gave us his initial thoughts, then we had the turf company come out and pull the turf back so Jason could fix the leak. When Jason came to fix the leak he explained that the previous work was not done correctly (incorrect materials, stress on the pipes, and poor soldering). He explained what went wrong, then explained how he was going to fix it. His work is meticulous! We are thrilled with his professionalism, expertise, and reliability. We highly recommend Jason! Nicely tried his best to intimidate, riding on my bumper getting off the freeway. And for what? Yeah, to be stopped at the light on Baltimore. Dude, stop doing this crazy stuff. I didn't react; a decade or two ago I might have made sure you regretted being stupid and wasteful. Relax at the wheel. No joke. Truly just effing relax and stay away from other cars. Be courteous. It'll be less stressful and will keep you working longer.
