We had a leak in our lower level garage. Our regular plumber was not available, but recommended Jason. He responded very quickly. He did a great job diagnosing the source of the leak as coming from a broken pipe in the garage wall (and thankfully not from an upper floor bathroom). The fix was very difficult because the wall was concrete, but he did an excellent job. He has a very well equipped van that rivals many hardware stores! We will certainly use him in the future.

Jason is like the plumbing messiah. He came highly recommended from a business owner (the 5 star reviewed Clifton Mercedes Service) that use him for their personal properties and their business. His repertoire of equipment and knowledge of the craft are stunning, he even has specialty tools of his own design/drafted in Solidworks software and made for him by CNC machine shops. We have a three story residence that required a lot of fixture upgrading/attention. He worked for 4 hours here very quietly aside from his machinery and ... I could clearly hear him running up and down stairs between tasks so as not to waste a minute. Whenever he spoke, it was always to convey relative and useful information (no BS-ing) and without asking, he gave tips to avoid more plumber calls/intervention and DIY information. His work was spotlessly clean sans any debris field. Before the appointment, he went over things to prep for his work to save us time and money. I have never seen a plumbing contractor ever behave anything like this/extremely capable AND ... HE LOVES AND IS EXTREMELY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS TRADE !!! This is an absolute first in my book. I am a design/build engineering contractor with a global portfolio/holder of numerous patents and I only say this to convey that I am very hard to both please and impress, he did both. The photos that I am including speak for themself. His van is a stand-up walking van and his tooling inventory grossly exceeds anything/everything I have seen in that industry and it is all easy accessible and highly organized. He will not waste a minute hunting for anything and he has EVERYTHING including tools that no other contractor on the planet owns bc he designed them to work better and faster, he's all about efficiency, what more can be said ...

Aggressive driver from Emergency Plumbing and Drains. Not only was he speeding but was very very close to our car's rear bumper. When we were approaching a red light we were worried he was going to bump into us. We looked back, and then he started flicking us off, laughing and making faces. Luckily I was able to read the company's name on the truck, looked him up and noticed there were more reviews on this aggressive driver. He may not like his job or maybe he's just an unhappy person trying to cause chaos on the streets. Not good for the company business.

I had read a bad review on Jason before calling him, but since we were referred to him by a plumber we trust who was too busy, I thought I would give him the benefit of the doubt and try him. This was a BIG MISTAKE!
We had a gas leak and our Gas meter was turned off and locked by SDG&E until we had it fixed.
We called Jason and he was suppose to arrive the next day. I had called and left him a voicemail explaining in detail not to follow the GPS instructions to our house, as they would lead him to another housing developments gate which he could not enter. When he arrived for the appointment, he calls me and says our name is not on the gates list of home owners so I said let me call my wife to buzz you in. It turned out that he was in fact at the wrong gate (the one I told him not to go to). I tried calling him back...no answer. I texted him....no answer. I ended up calling him no less than 14 times with NO ANSWER, and texted him 6 times between 3:58 and 4:42.
This moron doesn't know how to follow instructions or answer his phone. He finally texted me that he was on the phone with a family emergency and had to leave.
I seriously doubt he had a ""family emergency"", but I gave him the opportunity to get back to me for 2 DAYS before writing this review, and he hasn't bothered calling me back.
I owned a business for 35 years and know how to treat customers. In reviewing all the other bad reviews he has (after the fact) I would never have called him.
DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DON'T CALL JASON FOR PLUMBING. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
