Wonderful service on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They responded to our call of a water leak and were here within two hours. They worked well into the evening to identify and fix the problem. Lonnie and Jaron were outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Within an hour of me calling and explaining my issue to them over the phone, two technicians arrived at my door to troubleshoot my problem. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I need to give credit to this company by doing so. I called to set up an appointment for a leak due to some underground plumbing on my pool. The representative was very nice and helpful, set me up with same day service. The two technicians that came to my house were courteous and professional, made me feel at ease with the problem. They gave me a FREE quote, which was very reasonable for the type of service needed, and even offered other suggestions that would work for a fix. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for some quick, affordable plumbing services.

The company may be able to do small little tasks. But can not work with a little bigger. I have apartment complex with chiller system. I already warned the plumber that to shut off the chiller system before shut off main valve . The plumber did not show up on the Friday. And he showed up on Saturday 8/13 and no maintenance guy were there. He went ahead shut of the main valve. To change a shower valve, he took 4 hours water down time. And Let the chiller ran without water for 4 hours. Chiller down for rest of day. 66 units of tenant suffered the 110 heat. Many are elder, kids. SPEECHLESS.

Service of replacing garbage disposal was done by Nick S. He was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. He explained what he had done, showed me how the new one worked and was sure to say, ""call if you have any questions,"" before leaving.

Their office staff is very disorganized and the technicians are not timely. After more than 4 trips to my house they still could not give me a solution to my water issue. The technicians wasted time trying to learn plumbing on the job rather than having the expert knowledge to fix the problems. They also spent over 3 hours driving around town looking for a part - rather than simply calling the suppliers or sourcing the part online. Do not call them - even if it is an emergency!

Just had an emergency with plumbing backing up into the house ( gross). Two other companies couldn't come out today so I looked at yelp and found these guys.

They came in an hour and fixed the issue! Price was reasonable and Walter, the plumber was great! His apprentice helped them get in and out.

I will definitely use them again. Good to know there are still those that care about customer service.
