My home warranty company scheduled them. They called & we set the appointment without any issue. The technician came and looked at the problem with my garbage disposal. Installed a new one & was out in less than 45 minutes. Awesome job and didn't try to upsell. Thank you!

This is an AHS preferred plumber. The follow up was terrible and the problem with the faucets never fixed. I tried to follow up and every time they said they would call back, they never did. Not worth the hassle to try and get them to complete the job. Just need to get a real plumber.

This company is horrible. They were sent out by American Home Shield. They did fix my original complaint but they adjusted my water pressure to 98 PSI. The reccomended max is 80. This caused a pipe to break and a sprinkler to blow. I called them and they denied that the pressure was that high. I had a gauge. They would not come out to fix it or the damage it did. They said that they adjusted it to 60 PSI. Well no one else had touched it. They tried to doge my calls and then basically said ""Oh Well"".

DON'T USE THEM!

This company rips you off under the guise of non covered warranty work. Sent to my house by American Home Shield to replace water heater. According to them and AHS certain items are not covered by warranty, gas line, water supply lines and the copper to attach the pressure relief valve, and Vent
The repairman Carsten did a great job, was here an hour and everything was done .

They charged $690.00 to replace two water lines, a gas line and two copper elbows to the pressure relief valve. This is about $40 to $45 dollars worth of Parts. They did not change any part of the the venting used old parts and some metal tap

This company came out for AHS to fix my water heater. I informed them that the water heater is 8 yrs old. It has a lot of sediment in it because I can hear the water heater ""gurgle"". The pilot constantly goes out. The mechanism that helps fire it up gets clogged (the coupling device) and was replaced a year ago. I do not want a temporary fix. The technician came out and only replaced the coupling device and the water heater is still not working. I cannot reach anyone at Emergency Plumbing and Rooter via phone. I can not reach anyone at AHS via phone or online. I will have another plumbing company come out to fix this problem.

BEWARE........This company was referred by American Home Shield. As in some of the other reviews, I am finding out how they up charge (almost double) on the replacement item and then add additional bogus out of pocket charges, $683.00.  I had to replace a 75 gallon water heater (gas) and they told me a traditional replacement would be $2000 and a tankless $4000. When I compared with the Home Depot Pricing I found traditional $900 and tankless $1500.I can't imagine the labor to install is the difference!! As of now I have put the job with them on hold and have called to report this to AHS and find out why with all the complaints that they still use them. I'm still waiting on that callback and also as to how to proceed from here.

This is an AHS preferred plumber. These jokers showed up at my home to fix a leaking wax ring seal on a toilet. They showed up and started to say that the fix would not be covered and that it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix the problem. This was not the truth as I was a plumber for a while years ago. All that was needed was a large size wax ring. I confronted them about this lie and the plumber got upset and left. These people are thieves that prey on good folks that don't know much about plumbing. Please be aware and ask many questions. Do not let them trick you and steal your money.

These guys are crooks!!!!!!!

Is the company AHS uses. Had a food waste disposal break. They came out to replace it but they did not replace the holding ring causing a leak. When you buy a food disposal at the store it comes with the ring. Called them back to fix the issue . They came back out few days later to replace it,. They billed the insurance one more time causing me argue with the insurance that it was a related item... Save the trouble and find someone else,. There is so many other choices

Contacted First American Home warranty for a laundry room facet problem! They had Emergency Plumbing and Rooter come out! What a joke and a waster of time! They found a broken plastic part that kept us from getting hot water! They replaced it and when they turn back on the water, I had zero water pressure! They told the insurance company it was because there was a problem with the water softner! HELLO, if that was the problem, the whole house would have no pressure!

The good news is, the insurance company going to send out a new Technician from a different co.

Didn't want to give one star to this company but didn't have a choice!

I'm finished!!!
