I called 6 different people and they were all charging 200 dollars for fixing a small gas leak and 210 for a slow drain in my bath tub. The Good Guys charged me under 200 for both and they gave me a free estimate on the same day within the hour. The guys were great, professional, and fast. I am definitely calling them if anything else comes up. THANK YOU GOOD GUYS!

REVISED to reflect recent poor experience regarding repair and installation of backflow assembly. This company does a decent job with other projects, but I highly recommend you look elsewhere for anything to do with backflow.

Had an emergency plumbing issue that caused flooding in one of our garden units. I contacted Emergency Plumbers and 2 other companies. Emergency Plumbers were the only company that called me back in a timely fashion. They came the same day to inspect and do preliminary work. They came back the next day and completed the job.
The workers were attentive and professional. My only issue is that I would have liked more communication on arrival times. Otherwise I would certainly use Emergency Plumbers again!

I love how this plumber is available 24/7. It was the night before Thanksgiving and my sink got clogged. They took my call at 11:30 PM. The lady who answered was very nice. She set up an appointment for the next day, even though it was Thanksgiving day. Ray came and he identified the problem. Apparently my kitchen shouldn't be where it is at. The drain runs horizontal for 60 feet until it reaches the main line. Nothing wonder it got clogged. He gave me the immediate solution and the long term solution. He snaked the clog and then cleaned up nicely. Ray was nice and did the job well. Thanks, Ray!

Called emergency plumber after multiple times trying to unclog my tub with no luck! Called with no answer and right away called me right back within minutes! Spoke to a very nice lady who Had someone come out to me an hour after my call. Dominic and Joe arrived and did an excellent job! Explained the steps they would be doing. Within 30 minutes my tub was cleared! There work was clean! They both did an amazing job! Totally would use them again and recommend emergency plumbers! Great customer service!

Great, fast service. Ray C cleared his schedule to replace my water heater the same day I requested a diagnosis. I had no hot water or heat so he didn't want us to go any longer without it. Great guy! I definitely want to recommend this company as I was completely satisfied with his attitude and motivation!

The handle on my kitchen faucet slipped off and I didn't have the tool to fix it. I called EPGG and they sent Ray over. It took him about 5 minutes to fix and he didn't charge me - I gave him a couple bucks tip that I had in my wallet. Will definitely use EPGG and Ray again!

Try to ask for Ray, he is really knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a lot of time trying to diagnose the problem and not just do unnecessary work. I asked tons of questions and he answered them all patiently. They had to do rodding and didn't do a great job of tarping the surrounding area, but they cleaned up pretty well. There was a little miscommunication on the scheduling, but no big deal.

I called 6 or 7 other plumbers to come to my house and repair a faulty valve cartridge in my bathroom. The only plumber to respond to my call was Emergency Plumbers. Ray C came on Columbus Day, earlier than I expected him, and helped me to replace the cartridge (I had it sideways--who knew?). Ray was not only efficient, but he was also helpful, and very nice (really helps!). And in talking through the issue, now I know how to replace this myself, and I discovered that I probably had a problematic cartridge from the beginning. In a time when nobody returns their calls, Ray C was a Ray of brilliant Light.
