Had a minor issue with our toilet this past Saturday and looked up Good Guys on Yelp. I am glad we did because we had Ray M. come through within 3 hours of our initial phone call. He was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to have visit our home for repair.

I called Emergency Plumbers when our water heater went out on a Sunday. Ray called me within an hour of me calling and I was able to text him pictures of our water heater to help diagnosis the problem. He sent out Dominic & Joe who were very thorough in their installation and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up after themselves! The next day, we noticed low water pressure in our kitchen and bathroom faucet. Dominic came back out and discovered we needed a new kitchen faucet. He took it upon himself to return our faucet under the warranty and install our new one. Dominic is very patient and willing to help! I will be calling Dominic for all future plumbing needs!

I used EPGG's website to request a plumber.

That was at noon. I got an email from them at 12:04.
They told me a plumber would call me soon. A half hour later I was on the phone. He asked me a few questions about the problem, and said he'd be there around 2:00 or 3:00. Got a call around 1:40 that he'd be there in about 20 minutes. My doorbell rang at 2:00 on the dot!

Ray M. came in, checked the problem (our toilet was backed up).
He told me his plan to fix it and what it might cost.
Thank goodness it was cleared up pretty quickly and cost what he said it would. He was only in my house for a half hour!

Ray M. was friendly and professional. He answered questions (even one about our shower head), explained what he was going to do and was really cool about not only me, but my 4 year old watching him work.

Extremely happy with EPGG and Ray M! I will definitely use them again!

After I posted my review, Dominic and Mari from Good Guys reached out to me to find out if they could fix my toilet. I told them I already had it repaired. They had me send them the invoice for the repair, and they refunds me the cost of the part they had previously repaired, plus $50 for the confusion over the payment method. I was very pleased and surprised. Most businesses would not do this. Thank you!

I had a water leak in my water heater needed to be replaced on a Friday night. After 8 PM the good guys were able to come out and help clean up take out the old water heater put in a new water heater leak test everything cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking fantastic and it was very competitive with three other bits that I got Only they were able to get here sooner

Shout out to Dominic at Emergency Plumbers Good Guys. We had a burst/leaky pipe yesterday morning (i.e. the first day of the historic 2019 polar vortex if you're reading this later) He got back to us right away saying he could come in the early evening. Kept us posted about delays with other jobs. Arrived 7:30, stayed until midnight to solve the problem. Apparently he told my husband he still had a couple jobs after us. Truth in advertising! I am about to take a hot shower and I am so excited...Really impressed by the work and work ethic.

I closed on a new house on Monday; on Friday, when I stop at the new house to pay the painters, I hear an alarm coming from the basement. It's the primary sump pump. It failed. It's two days before Christmas and I'm up to my eyeballs in preparations both for the holiday and the move, but I now have to stop everything and find a plumber who can come out immediately and replace the sump. I want someone local. So I checked with Yelp and saw the reviews for the Good Guys and, what the heck, threw the dice and called. David arrived at the new house exactly when he said he would, removed the failed pump, installed the new one, and all within an hour! He was my Christmas Angel, getting it done quickly, cleanly, and reasonably priced! I hope I don't need a plumber again, but if I do I'll be calling the Good Guys!
