Our basement flooded on a Sunday and after hours of pumping water out, we decided to call a plumber. The first plumber we called did not solve the problem, didn't really try anything creative and didn't come with the right equipment. They also recommended an $11k project to fix it. That's when we called Good Guys and I'm glad we did.

It was an emergency situation on a Sunday night. We called them at 8:30pm on a Sunday and Joe was able to come over by 10pm. He asked a lot of questions to help diagnose the issue and came prepared with the right tools. Joe got creative when he initially got stuck with the rod and found a way to pop and clear the obstruction.

Good Guys really came through for us when we needed it. They were quick, responsive and honest. I recommend Good Guys if you're in an emergency or if you simply need some maintenance from an honest plumber. Good Guys will be my go-to plumber moving forward.

Ray is a very personable true sense of the meaning of Customer Service representative. He is well-mannered and responded well to a trio of my building maintenance staff. He explained the problem and answered some of my questions. His work is neat. I believe that my toilet will function effectively and efficiently as I believe in his dedication and concern about his work.

Ray and his partner are today's heroes. I called Emergency Plumbers last night after another plumber had been at the house for four hours and could not unfreeze our hot water pipe. Ray came over right away for no charge to take another look. He told me to think about what I wanted to do and text him in the morning. Last week we had an issue with a gas leak in our home which lead the gas company to turn off the gas until one of the pipe threads could be replaced. I called these guys and after speaking with the answering service - the plumber reached out within 5 minutes. I texted a photo to them of the pipe and they were able to come out within 2 hours. The pipe replacement was completed within in a few hours as the plumbers worked to get everything complete quickly so that the gas company could return same day to turn on the gas. I am very grateful for this company because with their help we were able to address the issue same day and have the heating back on before one of the coldest nights of the year and prevent any pipes freezing.

Broken float in ejector pump. Called, answering service took my info, had a plumber call me within 20 min, to my house an hour later. Great communication, didn't try to screw with me, polite and professional all along, fixed my problem same afternoon. Will definitely use again!
