Ivan and Zakari operated like a machine to remove the old water heater and replace it with the new tankless one. Their willingness to answer questions and their careful regard for my home made me grateful for them taking this difficult job. It also needs to be said that they accepted this job when another company had to cancel. Thanks to them for accommodating me at the last minute.

Always great service from these guys...they are so prompt and courteous and do real good work - have had a toilet sealed, a broken water pipe fixed and a hot water heater repaired. Petar and Nick have been wonderful to work with on my 2 most recent calls. Highly recommended.

Emergency Plumbers is BY FAR the BEST plumber I have ever worked with! They are highly responsive, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and trustworthy. I've used them for numerous jobs ranging from simple faucet replacements to sewer line replacement and each and every job was as low stress as you could possibly expect a plumbing job to be! I have called in a panic about an urgent issue and have always been amazed at how quickly Emergency Plumbers were able to come out, diagnose, and fix the issue. I've told ALL my friends about them and can't recommend them highly enough! A sidenote - many of their trucks have photos of the plumbing team on them and in the course of the last few years, I have met each and every one of their plumbing team. Working with Petar (exact spelling) was great! He and his company brings good old-fashioned customer service to plumbing. His call screener responded right away on a Sunday afternoon and he was on site within an hour! The charge for an emergency was reasonable and he even took a check. He did no """"nickle and diming"""" for the small checks like water pressure tests, etc. We will definitely be using his services, if needed, in the future.

I called this company after calling two other plumbing services who took my info and said """"I will have someone contact you soon!"""" One call was made at 9am and the other at 3pm. I had a water line break right near the meter by the street and had been without water since 7am. I called Emergency Plumbers at 4:30pm. The operator wasn't sure if they would be able to fix it since it was about to get dark. BUT!! Petar came out and fixed it in the dark!!! I can't thank them enough!! We have our business as well, and when a customer is in need, we act!! It's how you get customers and make money!!! We officially have """"plumbers""""!! To those """"other guys""""....you won't be in business very long....

Came home from work and discovered a waterfall in my basement. Having had a horrific flood down there just 5 months before, I am a BAAAD Adventures in Plumbing Maven, and I seriously considered committing myself to a psych ward rather than dealing with reality. But at 5 PM, I started calling those plumbers who promise """"24/7 Emergency Service"""", and quickly realized they only offer emergency service during regular business hours. I needed EMERGENCY emergency service on a Friday, after hours. Luckily, based on a few Yelp reviews, I called Emergency Plumbers, and - cue the angel chorus - they could help me! Showed up in 20 minutes flat, assessed, diagnosed, located, fixed, closed, cleaned up, and departed in UNDER AN HOUR. A miracle! They also recommended a restoration service to clean up the gooshy mess - I'll see how they work out tomorrow. I HAVE PLUMBERS! You will, too.

They came very quickly and made a simple repair to faulty old shut off valves but the charge was extremely high for the work done .

These guys are awesome. I had multiple gas leaks in my basement and initially called a different plumbing company out that gave me an astronomical quote to pressure test the line and do repairs. I ended up calling Emergency Plumbers instead of moving forward with the other company. The Emergency Plumbers team arrived in less than 30 minutes from my phone call. They identified and fixed 6 leaks in a matter of hours, whereas the other company quoted a time frame of 2-3 days. Petar, Ivan and his crew do great work at a very reasonable price - a very difficult to find combination. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thank G-D for Petar and his plumbing team!! My plumber was supposed to come at 10am on a Friday and never showed up. All other plumbers couldn't come out until Monday....Somebody gave me Emergency Plumbers number and the guys were at my house within an hour!! Friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Petar gave me a fair price and I am calling them back to replace my sump pump.
