Called Lou for a garbage disposal not working problem, he came in and immediately identified that there is no power due to a faulty outlet. He replaced the outlet and the switch and got it working. He also looked at other outlets and switches in the kitchen, made recommendations to change a few but did not push to get it replaced. I'm very happy with the service, I highly recommend him.
