Fed me a line of bull because I needed by lines cleaned out and it was the day before Thanksgiving. Charged me 3 times the going rate and I fell for their ""let's see where the line runs on the street"". Totally unprofessional. And lets not forget abut the empty lot they own on my street where they cut the grass at 9 o'clock at night when
hard working people are in bed to go to work early in the morning.. Call Root Wrestler where they are honest and reasonable!

They replaced the water supply line from the water main to my house. They were on time did the work 3 days later and gave me a great price. I spoke to the boss on Friday and they did the job on the next Monday. The crew and boss were all very nice and did good work. They were done in 1/2 a day. They filled in the hole and cleaned up everything that was messed up doing the job. They even filled in the hole in the basement wall where the old line came through. I need anything else plumbing related I will call them 1st.

I called them out last week, had no water in a house I just bought. I had went to fix a trap under the sink and put my fingers through the metal pipe. Obviously the pipes needed some work.

They were available to come out first thing the next morning. Started out with a minor annoyance, they parked blocking my driveway, stopping me from being able to get in and out as the gas/electric/cable etc came in. Not a huge deal and nothing I'd complain about normally.

They did a check of all of my pipes, and told me it would be $900 to $1200 depending on if they had to open a wall to do some of the repairs. It seemed reasonable.

The two guys went out to get parts, and said they'd be back in an hour. About 90 minutes later I got a call that they were called to an emergency and would be back in the afternoon. Again, not generally a something I'd complain about. I understood.

I went about moving and had my grandmother come over to wait on them.

They came back and did the repairs, broke several more pipes than they had expected, including knocking a hole in my roof when one of the pipes were knocked through.

I was told (again I wasn't here) that they were rude to my grandmother about it, and refused to fix it. they did end up putting a cap on the pipe, but I haven't had a roofer come out and check to see if it's proper.

At the end of the day, they charged me $1600, took much longer to do the repairs and were very rude to both my mother and grandmother. At one point while in the house they were overheard on the phone with a supervisor cursing and screaming.

At one point one of the men started arguing with my mother about how since they had went tot he same high school she should know him. But she had graduated 12 years before he started attending there. He couldn't figure out why she didn't know him and argued with her about it.

When they left they told my grandmother if we have anymore plumbing problems not to call them as they would refuse to come back out.

There are plenty of plumbers in Toledo, I suggest calling a different one.

We had them install a water heater few weeks back. First they missed the appointment at noon. After I called to ask why they were not at my home I was told that I placed a called to them moving the appointment to the following week (which I did not). After getting jerked around for 5 hours I get a call at 5pm saying they would not be able to make it out today and no appointment time was set for the following day. I was expected to hang out at my house all day until they could squeeze me in, total disregard for my time because of their mess up in the office. This is after already waiting for over 2 weeks for them to show up. I told them that I don't care who you bump if the job isn't done the following day I was going to cancel the order and go with another company. It wasn't until I called to say another company is on the way to bid on this and that they can do the job the following day that I a crew was finally sent out. Work was quick and clean but in their half-ass attempt to get out of there they dripped rust water on the carpet and rug by the door and made no effort to clean it up. I even game them a roll of plastic so they could wrap the bottom of the tank to keep it from dripping on the way out. The installers couldn't be bothered to take the extra few minutes to wrap the bottom of the tank. Company has no respect for your time or property, no chance in hell I use this company again.
