These guys are jackasses. I was coming out of a parking lot and merging into stopped traffic in a school zone. These guys had plenty of room to let me merge, but instead chose to go out of their way and go around my car, which was already mostly in the lane. How lame and inconsiderate- especially since traffic was at a stand-still anyway! Don't know anything about their plumbing skills, but I DO think this speaks highly to their character- or LACK, thereof...
