Our business thrives on word of mouth. I began this company as a part-time endeavor while employed at the Post Office. Having worked with my father's plumbing company as a teenager, I gained valuable experience. Eventually, this evolved into a full-time plumbing service. I am fortunate to have experienced and reliable plumbers on my team. I am grateful for the talented individuals I have on board.
I followed my father's path in plumbing. He owns a plumbing business in Ohio. I spent summers working for him and loved the experience. I always felt accomplished knowing we made a difference. I also appreciated the hands-on skills required for the job.

We had a sewer drain emergency on a holiday weekend. EDAP came out and did a great job. They were scheduled to come back for a power jet cleaning of the sewer line but re-evaluated the situation after viewing the whole line on camera today. They did not charge for the second visit. Phil and Marie were great! They made sure to find the outdoor clean-out rather than attempting the basement clean-out.
I worked with Fry and Emergency Drain and Plumbing. He was able to snake my sink drain and replace my toilet drain value at 9 PM for an emergency call. Super happy with the work and couldn't recommend him more. Quick and knowledgeable
Spoke with Raine on the phone and explained that my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. She was extremely professional and polite. Explained prices, timing etc. When I called back to set it up, turns out they were able to come out the same day due to aa cancellation. Fry and Callum arrived on time. They too were very professional and respective of my home. Completed the job in about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up the area. Very pleased with their work.
Typically I would give this business a five star rating as I've used them in the past and they've always come through for me. I am a building manager of a five unit apartment building and keeping things running is my job. I had a tenant tell me that their hot water was continuously running from their bathtub spigot and it was so hot he couldn't touch it. It was the first time he had experienced it that evening after taking a shower and attempting to turn the water off, but it just kept coming from the spigot. It was scalding hot and of course could be extremely costly night of continuous hot water running now to mention the disturbance of water running through the pipes of the building all night long.
I left work at 8:30 PM to come to the building that I manage and realized that I needed a plumber. Earlier at around 715 I had called the office of Emergency Drain and Plumbing and was told that they were only taking emergency calls and that she would call me in the morning At that point I didn't realize it was such an emergency so I said to the lady ""do you mean that I can't make an appointment for tomorrow right now?""She said ""no that she wasn't near a computer."" So I arrived here and again realized This was an emergency situation and I needed to call a plumber so I called the office at 9:25 pm, got a recording, left a message with zero response. So I called back an hour later same thing no response. It's now 2:20 AM and still no response. Now I've used this company before and they've come through for me in so many ways that I've referred them to so many people including my own sister who called them last week and used them and was very happy. So the girl in the office offered to call me in the morning when they open the office but she didn't take my name or phone number and didn't have a computer so I'll be sleeping here on my tenants couch waiting to hear from them tomorrow and will be very curious how they'll find me. As I said before they've been an awesome company but I'm extremely disappointed this time. When you need a plumber you need a plumber. Especially one that advertises being an emergency plumbing company. I now have five tenants who will wake up in the morning, attempt to get ready for work but will not have any hot water.
Fry from EDAP was at my home today to replace leaky bath faucets and replace some amateur plumbing under my kitchen sink. I appreciated his professionalism as well as the good work.
I was referred by a friend to check my toilet and kitchen fawcet. Setting up an appointment was easy and everyone was friendly. Chris came at the appointment time and did a great job with expectations. He explained everything and was in and out pretty quick. I would definitely call them again if I need to.
Sheryl B.Emergency drain is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They charged my insurance company 14 hours at 95$ an hour and they not only screwed EVERYTHING they touched in my house but scratched and broke my new natural stone tile floor and JEREMY and BRENT the owners are refusing to pay to have the floor repaired. Both drains they attempted to fix were leaking. They came out twice to fix them. They wrapped the pull out of my utility sink around a pipe so you couldn't pull it out to squirt water. My water softener they attempted to install had the tube in the back kink and now that is ruined too. They left the old ring/seal around the toilet on and jammed the new one right on top making the toilet leak and raised. They told me to paint the blue at the bottom that was showing with white nail polish to hide the mess up. The caulk job was sloppy . I had to hire another plumber to fix everything. I wouldn't allow this company to add salt in my softener let alone fix anything. The plumbers didn't come prepared and kept running to Home Depot so they could charge me more. They are rude and unprofessional. I have several pictures and emails to prove everything! The worst part is that I just had a brand new 2000$ natural stone floor that I just paid for and it was completely ruined by these people. I give the - 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I'm sure all their positive reviews are friends and family members.
Had a backed up sewer, with water in basement.
They came to snake it out. Couldn't do it, did it half way, then said his snake was ""stuck"" in my sewer, and if he couldn't get it out, the next step would be to dig up my yard. Well, you better get YOUR snake out of MY drain, because you are not digging up my yard. Long story short, he got it out, blamed me, and I will never call them again for anything. Our family has lived here 59 years, the sewer has been snaked multiple times over the years, funny no one else ever got their snake ""stuck"" in my sewer, and could not complete the job.
