I had a leak in my water main that was running about 10 gallons per minute. I called at 12 noon on a Friday and was told someone would be there in 25 minutes. Eric showed up in 20 minutes and found the leak in moments. He was done in an hour and the bill was under $125 for a perfect repair. I wouldn't hesitate to call Emerald again for any plumbing needs. This is a first-rate company. Highly recommended!

Called Emerald at 8:00 am because I had a faucet on the side of my house leaking. Arranged for a plumber to come out the same day... They called me 30 minutes before arriving. I was met by """"Ed"""", who was very professional and got right to work. The plumber had to break into the wall and re-solder on a new spigot. After replacing the spigot, he patched the wall for me. The entire job took less than 30 minutes. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Scheduled an appointment in advance and was told Friday from 2-6pm. Called Friday morning day to confirm appointment and they said yes for 2-6pm. I get a call at 3:30pm saying they can't accommodate me and they don't work weekends and the earliest was monday afternoon.

Back in mid January I found I had a water leak the hard way on a Sunday of ALL days... I called 2 places and the first one to respond would get my business and Emerald called me back in 5 minutes. They dispatched a truck to my home and in about 30 minutes the man arrived. It turned out the valve to the sprinkler system cracked on the output end and he was able to stop the leak right away. He offered to fix it right then as emergency rates or to live without a sprinkler system until Monday and pay regular rates. I chose to wait until Monday. He said he would have someone from the office call me first thing to schedule an appointment and said they would bill me for the trip when the job was complete. Monday at 9AM promptly I received a call and the service call was set for Wednesday at 1pm. At about a quarter till 1 the they showed up, replaces the valve in about 30 minutes. Not only did they waive the trip charge for the weekend but I was actually shocked at how reasonable their rates were. I had something like this happen before moving back to Florida and was charged 3x what Emerald charged me. They are NOW on speed dial if I need a plumber!

I used these guys as a referral from my realtor Jeff Singletary. They were everything he said they were prompt, professional quality of work is awesome. I would recommend Emerald plumbing to anyone that needed some plumbing work done. Be it a repipe like myself or service work.

Woke up to an overflowing hot water heater this morning and called Emerald Plumbing based off of reviews found online. I can't begin to say how happy I was when Ian and Erick showed up at my door after sopping up water all morning. They were friendly and super efficient - replacing my ancient water heater in a little over an hour. They also took care of replacing small parts on my toilets after noticing that they were in need of repair. I was really pleased with the service provided and will definitely be using Emerald for any future plumbing needs!

After springing a leak in the foundation we elected to have our house repiped rather than start a cascade of repairs in our old copper plumbing. We interviewed five different plumbing companies; Emerald was the last. They had the lowest quoted price of everyone we saw - from $200 to $1500 lower, and this without ever seeing what others had quoted, so there was no undercutting just to get the job. The repipe was scheduled for a couple days later, and went off without a hitch - only about six hours to complete the whole house. The price included all drywall repair that needed to be done to close the necessary access points they cut (not repair of the original damage from the leak, but we didn't expect that.) Very professional, friendly, efficient and unbeatable price. The owner explained to me that he kept his prices low because he did not spend any money on advertising, but relied on word of mouth. I'd say it's working for him, judging by the positive reviews. Well done, Emerald. We're keeping you on file.

i had to have house repiped before thanksgiving and didnt think anyone would do it. to my surprise matt(on his bday), martin, and casey(i think) showed up at 830 and did not leave until 7pm until everything was done. i must say this was the best service i had bc the guys knew what they were doing and gave me the timeframe which they could do it in and met the time frame. this is the night before thanks giving and they gave all they had to allow me and family to have a great holiday. i would have given them celebration shoots but they were on the clock, all i could do was give them a hand shake and wish them a safe thanksgiving. beyond professional bc they worked to allow me to celebrate turkey day at my house and informed me of everything and had me check everything before they left. kudos to this company for hiring such awesome people.

We had a main sewer blocked and Ed (technician) came out and unblocked it. Ed was very polite and service was completed within three hours of contacting Emerald Plumbing. It is always a pleasure when a company shows up on time.
