I have used Emerald Plumbing for a rental home and my own personal residence, and they provide excellent service every time! Today I called them in a pinch needing them to do a repair so we could proceed with a closing on a property (I'm a Realtor in orlando), and they were able to come out to do the repair the same day!! I hired them for a plumbing repair and the repair took 3 days to complete. Needlessly to say I was WITHOUT water for 3 days. Each day I was the last call. And when I received the bill it was way over the price that I was quoted. But when I called the office to question, I was constantly being threatened the account going to collection. There are better plumbers to use out there.

We used Emerald the first time last month when we had a shower leak in our second bath and were very pleased. Today we sprung a pipe leak inside the house by our hose faucet. We called Emerald and they informed us they had a technician in the area who would come over as soon as he finished the other customer. Ken arrived in 90 minutes, went right to work and fixed our pipe. The repair included cutting the stucco which was done cleanly. Emerald is professional, knowledgable, and competitively priced. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and not hesitate to recommend.

Had an amazing experience with Emerald Plumbing plumbing. Was facing an issue in my bathroom motor. It was making some weird noise when get started. Brian came within an hour and went off to look at the motor. Within I guess half an hour, he was done. No weird sound from the motor now. He was friendly, professional that he did it really quick. Thanks Brian for such great service! Gonna only use them again 100%.

What was a sewer backup nightmare turned out to have a good ending, thanks to Emerald Plumbing. Due to repeated sewage backup, we called Emerald to get a second opinion on the problem. Erick and Dave snaked and clean out the line, scope with a camera, then took it another step further by digging into the ground and visually check to see what was causing the obstruction underneath the ground. They found debris and roots growing into the county clean out tap due to a missing cap. Dug out, cleaned, and removed debris. Replaced cap and female adaptor. Saved us thousands of dollars as the first plumber recommended replacing our """"cracked"""" pipeline. We highly recommend their service.

ATTN ALL FIRST TIME HOME OWNERS... our house was built in the 60s which means we had galvanized piping that required updating. We arranged to have the seller pay for the repairs- money was put in Escrow and we needed only to submit the invoice to our title company so they can directly pay Emerald plumbing (EP) when finished. Simple process. We called only to provide a time/date for scheduling. The crew that came out I will say did a great job, HOWEVER, the next day when discussing payment with the office (Romona Grey), I was told that because I did not pay on-site after the plumbing was completed that they had a right to place a LIEN on my new house!!!! I tried to explain that the sellers had arranged payment this way and we were merely told to schedule and have company send in the invoice. The billing was never explained to us and we thought that this process was normal. Romona, from EP basically said it was my fault and when I told her that all she needed to do was email the invoice that title company and they would cut the check for them the very same day and mail out very same day, she got more irritated. I told her that the title company also offered to cut the check and have EP pick it up same day in person, Romona replied """"YOU should pick it up and bring it to US"""" ( in a VERY stern and cold voice). I had to express to her that at the end of the day I'm still a costumer and the tone she was using was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! I drove more than 30 mins to bring EP the check made by the title company which was only 10 minutes away from their office. The following is also a list of other issues aside from them Bullying to issue a lien on our house!! - was told the job would be 1 day, technically it's 1 day for plumbing and another day to have drywall finish your walls - the payment was required on-site after the plumbers finished their portion but the work was not completed!! Drywall needed to come in and still patch up all the walls... YET they're demanding payment on a job unfinished!!! - Romona response was """"I'm sorry you feel that way"""" is not an apology - I believe it was the owner in his glass office that did NOTHING to step out and apologize for any inconvenience or thank me for providing the check less than 24 hrs later when the drywall ppl were still working on my house Bottom line- I would never again use this company or recommend my friends. I know 3 other ppl who have had a terrible experience and one is my reputable realtor. The way this was handled reflects poorly and no one did anything to make it right!

This company is fantastic. I called on a Monday morning for backed up plumbing and they had someone come out within 45 minutes! Ken was great and so quick to identify the problem and fix it. Probably the best experience with a plumbing company that I have had. I would definitely recommend them.
