We had a main sewer blocked and Ed (technician) came out and unblocked it. Ed was very polite and service was completed within three hours of contacting Emerald Plumbing. It is always a pleasure when a company shows up on time.

ATTN ALL FIRST TIME HOME OWNERS... our house was built in the 60s which means we had galvanized piping that required updating. We arranged to have the seller pay for the repairs- money was put in Escrow and we needed only to submit the invoice to our title company so they can directly pay Emerald plumbing (EP) when finished. Simple process. We called only to provide a time/date for scheduling. The crew that came out I will say did a great job, HOWEVER, the next day when discussing payment with the office (Romona Grey), I was told that because I did not pay on-site after the plumbing was completed that they had a right to place a LIEN on my new house!!!! I tried to explain that the sellers had arranged payment this way and we were merely told to schedule and have company send in the invoice. The billing was never explained to us and we thought that this process was normal. Romona, from EP basically said it was my fault and when I told her that all she needed to do was email the invoice that title company and they would cut the check for them the very same day and mail out very same day, she got more irritated. I told her that the title company also offered to cut the check and have EP pick it up same day in person, Romona replied """"YOU should pick it up and bring it to US"""" ( in a VERY stern and cold voice). I had to express to her that at the end of the day I'm still a costumer and the tone she was using was rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! I drove more than 30 mins to bring EP the check made by the title company which was only 10 minutes away from their office. The following is also a list of other issues aside from them Bullying to issue a lien on our house!! - was told the job would be 1 day, technically it's 1 day for plumbing and another day to have drywall finish your walls - the payment was required on-site after the plumbers finished their portion but the work was not completed!! Drywall needed to come in and still patch up all the walls... YET they're demanding payment on a job unfinished!!! - Romona response was """"I'm sorry you feel that way"""" is not an apology - I believe it was the owner in his glass office that did NOTHING to step out and apologize for any inconvenience or thank me for providing the check less than 24 hrs later when the drywall ppl were still working on my house Bottom line- I would never again use this company or recommend my friends. I know 3 other ppl who have had a terrible experience and one is my reputable realtor. The way this was handled reflects poorly and no one did anything to make it right!

This is something that other companies just cannot offer. I had a dripping Tub /Shower faucet. The Delta Cartridge was stuck. Emerald Plumbing quote is reasonable and especially they could come the next morning. Mr. Frank Bell arrived on time wearing mask. He even offered to take off his shoes. He was very friendly and answered all our questions courteously. He shut the water at the main and promptly extract the stubborn cartridge and install my new cartridge. No more dripping. I am very satisfied and thus highly recommend Mr. Frank Bell and Emerald Plumbing.

Absolutely tremendous and rapid life savers. Bath handle stopped working in house leaving water running constantly. as we couldnt find the master controller, it was important to get a fix right away. Dave Kelly of Emerald immediately came to my house and 10 minutes later it was all fixed. excellent work and great customer service

Beware of this company!!!!! They do not stand by their work. If you have a problem after 30 days you are on your own. They are pleasant until you have a problem with their work. The president of the company would not even call us back to discuss the broken pipe they installed. BEWARE PLEASE!!! There are much better plumbing companies out there.

Emerald Plumbing came to my rescue on a holiday weekend when I opened my main water line only to have it rupture after contractors damaged my line on some exterior townhouse work while I was away. They were quick to respond and were out to my place in a few hours so I had running water by the evening. However few days later a different plumbing company, that came out for a different unrelated issue, pointed the water line was leaking and I should call to have it repaired while it was on warranty-- so I did. Emerald sent out a guy to repair it and I explained what was going on and what the previous colleague did. Upon work completion (again), the man left and didn't consult with me. A week or two later I received a bill for the """"repair"""" work. I had to call to dispute the charges, and explain again the repair was for the new line they had put in and it was under warranty. At the end of the day, they got me out of a serious bind, but they didn't do the job correctly the first time and tried to charge me to repair their own work. Just an ok for me.

George was efficient, very knowledgeable, and very nice. He fixed our water heater in one day, going out to get the parts the same day himself rather than wait for them to be delivered, because the Emerald Plumbing team was worried about our heater shorting. They even gave us a discount since we had the initial consult and final service the same day. Highly recommend!
