Excellent! Professional, Friendly, Tidy! Emerald Plumbing installed all the new plumbing in my house and also my new water heater. They were prompt and called an hour early to confirm they were on their way. The team was friendly and professional. They covered the areas where they would be working on and cleaned up after they were done. Very professional, they inspected every nook and cranny and communicated efficiently. The day after an inspector came to check on the work they had done and said we had gone with a great company!

Recently, we decided to have our plumbing replaced. We saw Emerald at a neighbors house and asked or them to look at ours and give us a quote. 2 days later, we were given a very competitive quote for the work. We got on the schedule to have the work done in about a week. The crew, Ryan, Ramos, and Michael, came in and went right to work. They were pleasant & were very professional. They appeared to genuinely enjoy their job!!! The job took half the time we anticipated, and they cleaned up after they were done. A few days later, the drywall folks came in and handled the drywall in the same manner. I have never had what I would consider a good experience with contractors. Emerald changed that with a GREAT experience. I not only would recommend them, I will!!

Emerald Plumbing came to my rescue on a holiday weekend when I opened my main water line only to have it rupture after contractors damaged my line on some exterior townhouse work while I was away. They were quick to respond and were out to my place in a few hours so I had running water by the evening. However few days later a different plumbing company, that came out for a different unrelated issue, pointed the water line was leaking and I should call to have it repaired while it was on warranty-- so I did. Emerald sent out a guy to repair it and I explained what was going on and what the previous colleague did. Upon work completion (again), the man left and didn't consult with me. A week or two later I received a bill for the """"repair"""" work. I had to call to dispute the charges, and explain again the repair was for the new line they had put in and it was under warranty. At the end of the day, they got me out of a serious bind, but they didn't do the job correctly the first time and tried to charge me to repair their own work. Just an ok for me.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! Purchased a new home that need to be replumbed. They set us up the day after closing. Their team arrived and nailed it. Completed a 3/2 split plan with many challenges in a day. Inspection two days later then drywall repair the next. Everything was as well organized as you can imagine. Can't praise these people enough. I was totally skeptical that: they could complete the task in a single day & I would see EVERY patch. Drywall team came in """"Ken"""" and after retexturing you cannot tell they even opened the wall for access. I have not had the pleasure to use on other tasks yet but I can only imagine and would expect the same professionalism.

REPIPING: Two neighbors recommended Emerald Plumbing because that's who repiped their homes. We were happy to get the recomendations but not looking forward to the idea of having our home repiped. It sounded like it could be a nightmare. Well we got lucky. Emerald Plumbing with Chad and his team did the job in one day. They went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied and all our requests were met, even though they had to do around two hours of extra work to achieve what we wanted done. All the guys were so polite and would take as much time as needed to explain what they were doing. The cuts they made were minimal compared to what we thought it would be, I believe this is as close as you can get to a """"fun"""" day, when having your home repiped. Good honest people who understand the value of treating customers right.

This really isn't about Emerald. I have enjoyed using the company - when the company is doing its own work. But whatever you do, do not let them recommend Scottish Remodel & Repair. I did. Huge mistake. The work was sloppy. Floor tiles are coming lose. During the final touch-ups, they used caulking instead of grout to patch a few spots. The cement used for my block windows wasn't property cured, so that spread all over the shower tiles. And the final insult (which I just realized today), they never put the tile cap on the cut-out in the shower. (see accompanying photo) Oh, and the electrician brought in by Scottish never came back to finish the work after doing the rough-in. I had to finish the rewiring myself - after a month of waiting. I hate to ding Emerald for this, but if you are going to recommend someone - be sure you know what you are recommending.

Young, enthusiastic 4 man platoon, led by helmsman Roger, did a superb job re-piping my home. They worked together like a professional sports team. Jefe Roger carefully explained each step to me. The whole job was done in 5 hours. Price was very reasonable. Don't let the drilling and sawing get on your nerves. Emerald has excellent customer service and they include drywall repair.

I broke a faucet on a Friday night. I called the after hours number and Shawn told me he had three stops before he could get to my house. He showed up at 11 pm and got us sorted out. I will use them again in the future.

Selling a house in Sanford, realtor said i needed a repipe. Called Emerald got a quote, set date for repair. Thy pulled permits, did job in 3 hours, sent in drywall crew and inspector next day, even got my 20 year old water heater replaced. Can't really see what they did, can't really even tell they were here except for all new connections. Would use again just hoping I never have to.
