We called him first thing in the morning for a blown water heater, and he texted right back and we actually found out that our heater was under warranty, which was a HUGE expense off. He came the same day and replaced our water heater, and cost us $1300. HUGE help! Only thing I would have changed is the price, which seemed a bit high, but for same day replacement/service we were more than willing to pay it. Highly recommend!

He told me about another issue which I appreciate. There was no pressure from him to correct the issue. Customer service and happiness goes a long way. He also did some tidying up so that our area looked nice and clean. I would highly recommend this company.
