Emerald City quickly came to my rescue when my water main started pouring water down my sidewalk. I checked out several other companies but Emerald City was the only one that showed up that afternoon for a bid, bid for free, and were willing to work over the weekend. Cost was very reasonable (as these huge projects go). They gave me choices about the impact of their work on my landscaping and did extra for my garden. They were easy to work with, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Wayne worked with me and the neighbor, helping us understand the problems, starting with a free sewer scope and then he gave us a good bid for the work. Wayne and his team, especially Shawn are great. I had to replace my whole sewer pipe that was really old. First, they came out same day to clear the clog and backup. Then did a great job replacing the pipe including pouring new concrete on my driveway. Everything looks great. They did a great job explaining everything to me and my options in a clear and non condescending way. Wayne kept in great communication regarding the timetable for the work. He also gave me a discount when they had to delay a few days due to employee illness. The price overall was fair considering how much work was done. I would hire them again for sure.

Great Service, came out and inspected bad side sewer line. Gave us a bid the same day. Very reasonable price, half of another bid we had received for a liner fix. Emerald City Sewer installed brand new pipe the whole length of our side sewer all the way to the connection to the street. Very professional help, did a great job and it was completely done in two days. Can't say enough about what a great job they did. You can't go wrong with Emerald City Sewer. Wayne and his crew are great, and do great work. Inspection passed no problem. Thank you very much. I can rest knowing my side sewer will out live me now with no problems.

I was looking for bids to line my aging sewer pipe. Wayne and his team responded quickly and suggested a pipe bursting alternative. I did some reading and realized it was clearly a better option than lining, and his bid was cheaper than my other options. They came a couple of days later, worked hard for three days, and left the site in better shape than when they arrived. I am super happy with the work and HIGHLY recommend them!

We got a competitive estimate from Emerald City, and were ready to go ahead with the job. On further inspection, however, they found that the work would be more complicated than they originally thought. Instead of raising their estimate, however, Wayne directed me to another company who had different equipment (and could do the job for the original bid). I was impressed - not many companies will refer you to one of their competitors to save you money.
