It's mystifying how this guy gets any work. I hired him to put a heating system in a 3000 sq ft building. By the sheepish look on his face when I stopped in to check things out, it was clear that he did not expect my visit. This knob gobbler actually believed he would get away with using DRYER DUCT instead of the solid ductwork I'd already paid for! When confronted, his big fat tomato-like face went sort of blank and he said,""you're not seeing that."" To which I say "" I see your as skilled in hypnosis as you are at plumbing."" When he went to lunch I ripped out the ductwork, threw it in the driveway and locked the fucker out. After repeated threats he finally did what he was supposed to, but even then his mistakes were substantial and had to be corrected. This outfit is mostly deployed by fuel companies and not typically called directly by the customer. If you live in the Hudson Valley and your fuel carrier needs to send a plumbing/heating tech, do yourself a favor and ask exactly WHO will be servicing or installing your equipment.

Horrible service. They screw up the jobs and come over five hours late. I needed them to return about 4 other times to fix the jobs they messed up too!
