Called EMC after the freeze. They sent a plumber out to repair the pipes. He had no parts. It took 3 days to fix the piping because there were no parts for him to fix the piping. 3rd day came back with parts and fixed the pipe. When he left, he said he was done. The next morning, 2 leaks were dripping. Called company to fix the drips. No one showed. Called again to get a price to replace all the piping. He said he couldn't be here until the Friday after. when the appointment came, no one showed up. Called back and asked if he was coming out. He said no. He had to work on his bosses house. He said he could come out the next week. At this time I don't want anyone of them working on my house. They are unprofessional and a joke. At this point, I will be filing with the state. An emergency repair doesn't take 3 days. If you can't fix it, say you cant fix it.

Absolutely the worst! My wife made an appointment through their office...receptionist knew absolutely nothing about the appointment process. Phone call echoes as if you were in a barrell....must have been a speaker phone?? The plumber's assistant had to call to make the appointment. Insisted that I text him and keep him informed if my schedule changes as he didn't want to show up and find us not at home.
Assured him I would. Then, he forgot to add it to his schedule and never showed up. Never answered my numerous texts. Highly unprofessional. Would recommend you try anyone else.
