Jesse replaced a toilet for us after an overflow. He did some diagnostic work and replaced the toilet with a much better model to prevent future problems. He also corrected many of the mistakes of the previous install and did an excellent job explaining what wasn't working and why. He installed a new shower head and improved the performance of the old shower faucet no charge. All that and he put up with my dog lying on his work blanket.

Jesse came to replace shutoff valves in our bathrooms which leaked if opened or closed. I was thinking that this would fix a flow problem we had with one of the faucets. Jesse arrived at the exact time and replaced the shutoff valves with better quality valves and the flex linkages. However this didn't fix our flow problem. He went the extra mile to sleuth out the problem which was a clogged aerator. He would was efficient and he left everything immaculate.

Last September I had Premier Plumbing come out to perform water leak detection and repair the leak under the toilet. Everything went great. Jesse was professional and fixed the problem quickly. Also provide useful consultation on other plumbing issue. Definitely recommended.

Jesse is awesome! He's been to our house several times for different work done. Fair pricing, honest, friendly, service oriented, and he does the job well! It's to the point where I trust him enough, I don't ask around looking for different quotes. He is crazy busy so please be patient when trying to get a hold of him. He's pretty much a one man show. I was having water heater problems, which the previous owners installed right before I moved in. Jesse was able to help diagnose that it was in fact the wrong type of water heater installed for my type of venting system. He followed up with me in terms of my options, which I greatly appreciated. Crystal was great in being able to schedule something for me this week and was always prompt in her replies. Jesse came in on time and installed my water heater without any issue along with addressing some other problems I had with the venting itself. Can't say enough positive things about Premier. Jesse is friendly, super knowledgeable, and does great work. We've had two water ""emergencies"" - one with a leaking refrigerator water line and most recently with a hot water heater that gave out. Both times Jesse has been there, fixed the problem and been great to work with. Highly recommend.
