Called Premier Plumbing at 5pm with a leaking hot water heater. I was able to send Jesse a picture of my current water heater and he was able to give me a quote over text. Jesse was able to come to my house the following day and had my tank swapped out in less than two hours (50 gal. gas water heater). Jesse immediately noticed how my existing tank was installed improperly and not to code. He did the job and put everything to code. He was friendly and even knocked off some money because the fill line did not need a new valve (after he fully inspected it). Jesse earned my trust. He did a great, clean job and explained everything to me. I would definitely use Premier Plumbing in the future.

We purchased a new house this summer and discovered that we needed a complete re-pipe. Ouch! In steps Jesse. I couldn't be happier with the work Jesse did for us. It's never a great feeling to spend a bunch of unplanned money on fixing a new house. Choosing top notch people helps lessens the blow. Jesse provided us a reasonable quote that clearly called out what he was going to do. As always, things came up during the job and Jesse was very transparent with us AND he made recommendations that I think he would have done in his own house. Lastly, and probably most importantly, Jesse is a nice person and he was a pleasure to have in our house for a week and a half.

Jesse replaced a toilet for us after an overflow. He did some diagnostic work and replaced the toilet with a much better model to prevent future problems. He also corrected many of the mistakes of the previous install and did an excellent job explaining what wasn't working and why. He installed a new shower head and improved the performance of the old shower faucet no charge. All that and he put up with my dog lying on his work blanket.
