Can't say enough positive things about Premier. Jesse is friendly, super knowledgeable, and does great work. We've had two water ""emergencies"" - one with a leaking refrigerator water line and most recently with a hot water heater that gave out. Both times Jesse has been there, fixed the problem and been great to work with. Highly recommend.

We have called Jesse twice in two years for leaks and various plumbing issues. Both he and Krystal were knowledgeable, friendly, punctual to return calls as well as to arrive for appointments, and up front about pricing. Jesse was set to replace a costly water heater when he realized the home builder did not properly install the tank/pressure valve to begin with. He suggested a more cost-effective solution rather than gouge us on a costly new water heater.

We used Premier to re-plumb our entire house, switching from galvanized steel to PEX. They did a great job with the entire project:
- Site prep was well done with all carpeting covered by plastic and drop clothes.
- The work site was cleaned up as they went and there was very little mess in the house.
- They brought issues to my attention as they were found and presented my options for addressing them. I never felt like I was getting pushed in a specific direction or up-sold.
- They were on schedule for the whole project

We've had them out for two other minor jobs since the re-plumb and the experience both times was excellent as well. I'd recommend them for any plumbing work you have.

Jesse came out to our commercial space to replace a stop valve in the bathroom. Jesse was punctual, friendly, incredibly efficient, and his price was reasonable. I would highly recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working plumber.

I hired Premier Plumbing earlier this year to install a bathtub into the 2nd floor of a townhouse unit. I had done my own demolition and prep work, and purchased the tub. I needed a professional to revise the drain plumbing and complete the tub install, since it is high risk work (water damage sucks).

The install had to be done without cutting into the wall or floor from neighboring rooms (the neighbor's home, or the neighbor's ceiling). All work must be done from within the room. This made the installation complex and risky, since quality assurance against leaks could not be done. I actually had several plumbers reject the job for this. I'm guessing to avoid liability in case the install fails (neighbors don't like bathtub waste water leaking into their home through their ceiling).

My first interaction with Premier Plumbing was over email with Crystal. She asked me to describe the job, and I offered photos and rough-in specs of the bathtub. She was very responsive to my emails and texts. She confirmed the appointment time and quoted me on the hourly rate.

Jesse and his partner showed up on time and ready to work. They inspected the work area, asked me my constraints (""Which walls/floors can we cut into?""), and drew up a quote for the work to be completed. I signed the consent and they started work.

The team worked fast, but with precision. They wore booties in the house, and laid down drop cloths over my carpet to respect my flooring. I appreciated their pace, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Jesse also took some time in between phases to explain me what was being done and why, giving me a chance to interject or challenge the plan.

When the job was done, Jesse cleaned up and vacuumed the debris generated during the work. I appreciate this final touch, since it shows true professional behavior and respect for the customer's home.

I was given a final paper invoice and a warranty of their work for 1 year before making the payment.

Thanks for the work Premier Plumbing, you are true professionals.

I would recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone. Jesse was professional and he worked very quickly. In addition, he looked for ways to keep costs down and made recommendations for future work. I will definitely have them come again and address his recommendations.

What a great needed plumbing repair experience. We needed a failed pressure valve replaced at our townhome. Jesse and Crystal were great to work with, from first contact, to follow-up questions, to short time frame repair completion. The price was right where expected after research, which is impressive for a somewhat emergency repair. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Jesse is personable, very nice and was willing to educated me on related topics.
