This couple is such a pleasure to work with! After the experience I had working with them, Premier Plumbing and Mechanical is my plumber for life. After being bamboozled by another plumbing company, I called Premier and they gave me an accurate and fair estimate over the phone. I had already talked to and had other plumbers come out and gave me an estimate. So, I did my homework. Jesse came out the same day and replaced all 3 of my toilets with great Toto toilets. I just felt bad he had to carry them all the way to the 3rd floor and haul away the old toilet. This is a very hard working guy! And his wife is such a sweet heart!

Needless to say, I will be calling them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Jesse did a phenomenal job for us. I had a leaking water heater. Premier did a stellar job answering all questions, and giving me a clear pricing. They managed to accommodate us the very next date. Jesse was prompt, courteous and very helpful. He gave me great tips around the plumbing around my house. His work space was very clean. He even managed to clear the space in front of the water heater by himself and put my things back after he was done! Who gives you that kind of service these days?? It was a double bonus that he's based in Kirkland, and I thoroughly enjoy supporting local businesses. I would call Jesse in a heart-beat the next time.

Pros: they found the leak and fixed it. They even spotted a pinhole leak that was secondary to our main concern and fixed that too. They worked fast and scheduled us quickly so the problem was diagnosed same day and the final repair done the next day.

Cons: Pricing is beyond ridiculous and not stated clearly. When they arrived, they said it was $160/hour charged on the quarter hour. It took them 3 hours to fix the main leak and spot the pinhole drip and they charged $400.

They said it would take 3-4 hours to fix the pinhole drip and would cost $600-$700. Okay, I thought, that's their hourly rate. It actually took them 2 hours to fix the leak and they charged $625, their ""standard rate"" for this type of repair. But I wasn't told this until after the work was completed. I should have objected, insisting they charge the hourly rate like they stated upfront. They should have given me an exact figure before starting the work. So a simple miscommunication? Or blatant contempt for a homeowner's budget? You decide. Either way, $300/hour is beyond ridiculous.

Jesse, is a friendly guy easy to work with and appears to be very competent. Jesse arrived when he said he would, charged what he said he would and did exactly the work he said he would.

Really what more could you ask, good quality workmanship, timely , reasonably priced and a friendly guy too.

Jessie has done two jobs for me, and both times everything went like clockwork, we will be calling him for all future needs.

Really wonderful company. I highly recommend their work and professionalism. They have done a number of projects at our home and I have been really happy with their work. Their office is very organized. They will do their best to get you scheduled and return calls very quickly. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. Jesse is a highly skilled plumber who has a great deal of experience. Totally kind and great person beyond his professional skills. I will use them for all my projects.

Top-notch service and professionalism. Scheduling an appointment with Crystal was fast and easy. The free estimate and site visit went very smoothly. Prices were fair and competitive with another bid I received. Crystal called the day before to confirm. Everything was on-time and as promised. Jesse did great work installing a secondary rainwater feed to three toilets and two outdoor faucets for our home remodel. Afterwards, our house was left cleaner than when he arrived. They stand by their work should any concerns arise down the road.

Another great experience! Jesse installed a new garbage disposal, during which he pointed out that the drain arrangement was not up to code and promptly fixed it. He checked out a shower drain that we thought might be leaking and it was. Fixed that and gave us some great advice on another shower with leaky grout. Thanks again for the prompt, efficient and thorough service! Our highest recommendation and the go-to guy for our future plumbing needs.

They replaced my water heater today and did a top notch job. My appointment was not until next week, but they were able to move my installation up by squeezing me in after hours. They constantly kept me up to date on their ETA via multiple emails before they arrived, got the job done quickly and professionally and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

I just had an easy fix with easy access and the work was fine, but the price was incredibly high. $1000 for an hour of work, but I couldn't take more time off of work to wait for someone else. I moved to a nice Eastside neighborhood from Seattle and for some reason all the skilled labor here seems more expensive.

You simply cannot find a better plumber, or person, than Jesse at Premier Plumbing. He is honest, reasonable (you know, for a plumber), and downright fun to have around. We got six quotes for two different plumbing jobs -- a sewer line snake/camera, and a full repipe of our 1960s home, and Jesse was the right choice. The work was done quickly (he worked over a weekend to help us out since we were without water) and to a very high standard. We cannot recommend him enough. Worth every penny and we will go to him for all future plumbing needs.
