Sue M.Don't waste your time, I have arranged with him to do a job that needed the water of the building to be shut off and could only be done on a specific day of the week, in order to do that, the association required proof of his license and insurance after I start asking for them, he stops answering my calls or message, but made me lose a whole week on the job site. Also will try to first go with a very high quote and bring it down, but in the end, he does not do the work!!
