Ron the owner replaced my water heater as it refused to keep working. he did a great job--very professional, fast service, and reasonable with his prices. Replaced it the next day as I am handicapped and needed the hot water to survive--he even changed a prior appointment for someone else for my emergency. I could not ask for more. He was honest with what I needed and did not need. I have used him several times and he always does a superior job. He always calls the next day to make sure there are no problems. You could not deal with a better person.

Tried getting some information on the phone. They were less than helpful. Did not make it seem like they wanted the business. My suggestions. Call a different local plumber.

I noticed something from the 1st floor bedroom closet ceiling that looked like circle with spots of black around the circle, and a hole in the middle. I've never noticed that before. So we're not sure if its a leak from our bathroom upstairs or from an a/c. We called Elser Plumbing, who is local, and he came in on a Friday. He was personable, and he knew what he was doing. He even helped us with the other issues we have, and informed us how to deal with them ourselves. He saw the problem when he took the commode out, and showed my husband where it was coming for. He also replaced the mechanics inside the toilet. He was very honest, fast, and charged us what he told us, and he was done in about 1.5 hours. I will definitely recommend Ron Elser, owner of Elser Plumbing to everyone! Before he left, he says he will call and check on the status of the job. We're very happy, and confident that Elser Plumbing is one honest, respectable company, and may God continue to bless this company.
