Hired this company in the spring to do annual routine maintenance on ac units in home. Just two months later having to hire another company to come out and clear drains that Elmer's said they cleared. Last time i'll ever call on these clowns.

On Time Elmers is a joke!  Did not follow up while I waited since 5 am for call back.  I called in afternoon and claimed they never got my chat message and wanted me to pay $129 instead of $59.  They found my chat and called me back to schedule for today.  I got a message that they can't make because I did not have a ladder which I did but why should I have to provide a ladder.  Spoke to GM and he claimed since AC is on roof they have to send commercial team even though they already knew the location when I set appointment.  They need to change the name to No Show Elmer's.  Entire process was a joke and the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with.  Do not call this company to try and help, they are worthless and just gave excuses and run around. Waste of time. I could have simply called someone else had they been upfront.

I have been trying to get a quote for over a week now with no success. I had Elmer's out to inspect our ac, ducts and attic area. They came highly recommended by a family member and I was ready to give them my business. They came out and after going over what they found with my husband and I, my husband stated he had to jump on a call for work. The gentlemen said he'd want to set up another time to come back and discuss the options with both of us. My husband stated to simply give me the information and I would relay the details to him. For some reason the gentlemen insisted he come back and we set up ANOTHER time to come back. I simply did this to appease him. It is very hard to schedule something that works for both of us. And I have just as much pull in making the decisions regarding financial decisions for the home. I have called 5 times telling them to simply send me a quote for the middle of the line option, each time they state they will send me a quote. No quote yet and will definitely not be doing any business with them. Very disappointed that they are holding a quote hostage simply for the opportunity to upsell me.

On April 13 2022 I called Elmers AC Repair because my AC was short cycling. I am Female Disable Army Veteran Mom with limited income and ELMERS tried to commit HIGHWAY ROBBERY on me. I knew more then their technician did. They tried to charge me for 3 different diagnosis 1. Capacitor Issue WRONG!!! 2. Wiring Issue WRONG!!! 3. Thermostat Issue WRONG!!!
I told the technician to check the King cable for a leak. He his leak detector and YES I WAS CORRECT. and now here is where the HIGHWAY ROBBERY begins I need a new unit its 11yrs old. We need to solder a new King Cable to your unit LIAR for $1300!!!! At this time I had enough and I said, just charge me for the Service Call $59.00 and leave. The only thing needed was to change the stem valve in the King Cable the parts cost $.50 cents. So MY HANDYMAN Dennis changed it and add 410A Refrigerant. I worked like a dream.

I left Elmers AC Repair with a 1 Star Review that day!!!!!!!

2 hrs later I get a call from Elmers asking me if his General Manager Mark Shrode could come to my home and sit down with me and me to explain what took place. I said sure. Mr. Shrode stated the business is growing to quick and they are hiring anybody and even offered me a job that day because I knew more then his tech did. The General Manager then asked me to REMOVE my NEGATIVE REVIEW with this bribe $150 in gift cards and the next repair cost is on him then we shook on it. Mr. Shrode also refunded my $59 fee
