Michelle W.This business has very unethical business practices on top of being very condescending to their customers. I have NEVER experienced such a horrible business... I am assuming the owner? (never introduced themselves) entered my apartment, at my landlords request. The toilet was clogged. This older man was rude from the start. Upon explaining the issue, he just started assuming my children caused a toilet clog without looking at ANY other options of what might have caused the problem. As I was being kind and accommodating , he was verbally coming up with his own conclusions.. We share plumbing with neighbors and have a vacant apt upstairs children and grown ups sneak into.. I told him I asked my 11 and 12 year old about flushing anything.. I explained it was NOT us. I received a bill for $100 immeadiately..Every concern I asked about was brushed off, and Im a pretty relaxed person.. He was nasty in every single answer.. condescending and uncomfortable to have in my home.. Shortly after, another problem surfaced with the same toilet.. Without any confirmation from me, he showed up while I was at work!?! and charged me $80. for a no show?!? I never ever discussed anyone coming into my home!! Along with a nasty note left for me when he WAS allowed in my home ( I received after a long, hard day at work) he left a mess, and a bill for $180 for baby wipes that SOMEHOW accumulated SO badly in one weeks time, while everyone in my home was at work and school.. It was the same toilet he previously worked on.. My total from this condescending rip off artist = $320 for a clogged toilet. He was looking to make money anyway he could, and now I am in poor financial standing with my landlord because he did not really assess the problem, or address it properly.. DO NOT hire this company. They will do anything to get the most of YOUR money!!!
