Used them to fix plumbing, I had made an appointment a month ahead of time, when the guy got there he was there all of 30 minutes and said he had to go onto his next call. Without doing what I have asked them to come out to do to start with. Had to wait a whole week for them to come back out to fix what I had set the appointment for to start with. When we were billed, the invoice included an hourly charge, starting with their drive time. not the actual work time. We were quoted a price for a kitchen faucet and reluctantly agreed to do it even though it was higher than we knew we could buy one for. Then the invoice charge was almost twice as much as what we were quoted when we agreed to it. I would definitely not use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I should've done my homework first and figured this out from the previous reviews.

Told me they would be here at 8am and call before they came so I woke up even tho I was up all night just for them to not call or show called them back and he said well he is busy he will send someone the next day come the next day same thing no call no show so I called back yet again and the receptionist was very rude said call someone else not even a apology

We had used them before also just to cap off a gas line that wasnt being used and ended up twice as much as the quoted
I suggest not to use them how they stayed in bussiness this long is beyonf me maybe people like rudeness and not showing up when promised if u ask them to come good luck getting them to show up and expect a very high bill a shitty attitude and bad workmanship

Move on to next company. Do not use. No clue what they are doing. They will replace all they can, leave you with large invoice and same issue as before they arrived. No tools. Make a mess that impossible to clean up.

Had a very large issue with septic last summer. Called six local contractors only a two showed up to discuss and provide an estimate. The Ellyson representative showed up and we discussed options, he listened to what the customer wanted and promptly sent a quote. It was a little high, but given their response to the customer I accepted it.

The workers showed up for a few days work and did an excellent job. They finished earlier and when I got the bill it was half the estimate. I believe they have to pad estimate in case there are surprises, believe me I have seen this on projects myself.

Very happy customer, I would recommend.
