Elliott's is always our first call, ever since moving into our Bluewater home 16 years ago. Reliable, honest, fair, and quick to respond. Used to love chatting on the phone with senior Mr. Elliott, and now we continue to have reliable great service with Mark Elliott in charge. I am still surprised by the negative review I just read posted Sept 2019- I have had numerous service calls over the years and what was described is absolutely nothing like the service I have received- at all! I just got off phone to schedule yet another needed plumbing repair (this time toilet issue) and they are always quick to get us scheduled. We have called them for leaky faucets, pipe leak, water heater, toilets, etc.... over the 16 years. There is no one else I would call or trust. I am still baffled by the Sept 2019 review (and I have no connection to Elliott's other than as a long time customer), so I would encourage anyone to do their research and ask around about Elliott's as I think you will find they are a reliable, great company. I am confident my upcoming service call will go just as well as all the others.

We got an insane quote from another company to repair a pipe in our home. Mark came out, he was super friendly, fixed the problem in 15 minutes and charged a tenth of the original estimate from the other company. Highly recommended!

I hired these guys for a water heater install. As it turns out,, it was the best decision I could have made. The price was fair. The crew was on time, friendly & informative! Care was taken to ensure the job was done right and in-fact, went above and beyond! These guys are the best, look no further! I am very satisfied and will call them again.

DO NOT USE !!! I had to call them 3 times to find out when they were coming and all 3 times they lied. They told me three different times over the past 2 days and have yet to show up. They never called to explain. Nothing... Finally I called to cancel and they wouldn't even answer the phone. I never got another chance to cancel and it's been 4 days and they still haven't come by or called.

Contracted to replace the outdated plumbing with PEX in my new home. Cost $7000 for a few hundred dollars worth of material and a couple of days worth of work. NUMEROUS problems with the install. -Ran the new lines over AC ductwork without a care to what should have occurred. Had to remove and rework the AC ductwork so the air conditioning wasn't so restricted. - Destroyed the interior of my cabinets under the sinks to run the lines. Never fixed. - Destroyed the drywall running lines. Never fixed. - The water heater hookups look like they were installed by a cross eyed child with no plumbing experience. - Crossed the attic runs numerous times making it difficult to mount correctly and preventing any possibility of upgrading the attic space where the pipes are. - Visible PEX lines running to fixtures instead of using copper stub outs. - Didn't use stub outs of any kind, so the """"stub outs"""" move and flex, instead of being a solid mount. - Refused to insulate the piping because """"it wasn't needed"""" - Didn't clean up any mess. Left piping in the house and attic. Seriously go with ANYONE else.

Daniel came out to repair a leaky tub faucet. We had received a quote from another plumbing company that was astrology and implied that it might require a major renovation. Daniel completed the repair quickly, for a totally reasonable rate. I appreciate the quality work, honesty, and rate schedule. Excellent service!

Whatever you do, do not us this company! Not only do the tech's not have the technical competency to perform service calls but the owner is unethical and a crook. My 4 year old water heater stopped working and a friend who refurbishes houses called Elliott Plumbing for me as she said they would respond quickly. They did respond quickly. As I found out later it was with a technician who does construction installation, not service calls - which requires a significantly different and enhanced set of skills. He showed up in a construction truck that was not equipment with the diagnostic or cleaning equipment to properly diagnose the problem. He cleaned the bottom of the unit and when it still didnt work he insisted that the unit needed to be replaced (appx. $1,000). I went on Youtube and discovered a 3 step, 30 second reset procedure which I did in his presence and the unit fired up immediately. The tech left immediately thereafter. Two days later I received a call from my friend who got a bill for $115 for the service call. I asked her to tell Elliott to call me direct to discuss the bill. They did not so I had to call them. The tech acknowledged I fixed it and said that if I had only given him more time (which they were billing me for) that he would have figured it out. I asked the tech """"What is a fair amount I should pay for something I fixed myself?"""". He told me that I would have to deal with the owner. The owner did not call me, he called my friend instead threatening her that if he didnt get paid that she would never be able to use his services again. He quipped """"A service call is a service call"""". As she is a friend I paid her the service call fee. Owner lacks professional acumen to handle this properly and directly with customer instead he chose to bully an older women with whom he had leverage.

The local hardware store didn't have a small part I needed halfway through my toilet replacement, but an Elliot's plumber happened to be there at the same time and he had the part out on his truck. Elliott's plumbing saved the day and I was able to get home and finish the job. I will definitely call them first next time I need a plumber -- they are friendly, knowledgeable, and there when you need them!
