UPDATE: Received a text last nite from Reggie. He apologized but he's been so busy he forgot me. ??

Wow! Just wow! Reggie came out to my house to check my plumbing system a few days ago. Initially I was impressed with his prompt response to my call. After CLO Water District flushed their lines, my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet & toilet water flow slowed to a trickle. Diagnosis: faucets needed replacing due to corrosion & toilet needed new parts. Odd how all needed replacing at the same time. Since I needed new faucets, I told Reggie that I would like to pick the style myself and we arranged for him to come over once I had the faucets. He stated he would pick up the toilet parts. Of course the faucets I like needed to be ordered. I texted Reggie early in the morning to cancel our afternoon appointment & reschedule. No response. A few hours later, I texted him again but never heard from him. I know he got my message because he didn't show up on the day we had arranged. So after a week I still don't have a normal water flow.

This is a long overdue 5-star rating but Reggie spent over 3 days last summer fixing all my stuck-on water valves, leaky pipes, and most of all, brought back to life my almost 50 year old sewage pump we affectionately named ""Bertha"". I was sure it needed to be replaced but he was able to sort out and solve every single problem that arose when dealing with a house that is approaching 50. Through it all, Reggie remained kind and patient and explained what needed to be done and all of my options. I am thrilled to have my bathrooms working again and can relax knowing my water valves won't leak anymore when I'm gone and ruin the bathroom vanity and the flooring. Very reasonable rates for a top notch job.

I have to say Reggie Elliott was a complete professional and very friendly. I'd about had it with our toilet leaking and not flushing. After more than a year of using home remedies from the internet, some of which worked for a while, I called a professional. Within 10 minutes of my leaving a message this morning (Tues., 2-13-18), he called back and said he could be here around noon or so. He arrived on time, was really friendly and polite, and we went right in to look at the situation. Within an hour he had the toilet working better than it had in about 2 years, and even re-seated it and caulked all around. I felt the cost was quite reasonable, esp. for peace of mind! He also gave me a very reasonable quote for some piping work in the tub/shower, and I definitely plan to call him in the near future to fix that, too! Highly recommend!!

I had used another part-time plumber in mid-2016 to repair a toilet issue on our Clearlake rental mobile home, but it seemed he did not do a thorough job, so I took a chance on Reggie Elliot/Elliot Plumbing in Feb. 2017, to address an urgent toilet leak + unstable toilet + slow running sewer line. We chose him based on his Yelp ratings and I can add my glowing recommendation to those before me. He was prompt in responding to my call and in contacting the tenants to check out the problem, then called me with a detailed description and toilet removal, cost estimate for cutting into the floor, re-building the rotting toilet support, installing a new flange, reinstall of toilet, and routing out the sewer line. His original estimate included having to cut into the sewer line under the house to gain access, but he was able to solve the clog without having to do that, and thereby able to reduce his final bill by several hundred $$. Added value: His observation/diagnosis of the line being root infested near the back door and his recommendation that we remove the offending tree (only five feet from the back door) prompted us to engage a tree service and an arborist [required by City of Clearlake when taking out a heritage tree] who found significant below-grade decay on that tree which would at some point enable it to snap off and fall onto our or the neighbor's house. Yikes! Suffice to say, I trust Elliot Plumbing for thorough, competent, knowledgeable, and reasonably-priced services.

I cannot begin to praise Reggie, Owner of Elliott Plumbing, enough. His work ethics are impeccable. First: When we booked the appointment for a serious under kitchen leak, Reggie showed up several minutes early. SECOND: Before he entered my house he put on booties to cover his work boots (I've never had anyone else EVER do this!). He promptly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken sink part. I had two other plumbing issues and he repaired both (Broken part in master bath toilet and a shower head problem in master bath). He is truly a gem! I will use his repair service again and recommend him to everyone. I plan a master bath remodel in the near future and he's my ""person"". If there were 10 stars I'd give it to him. Right now I give him 5 GOLD stars.

I called twice a few days apart in August when we had a problem and did not even receive a call back. If you have an urgent issue it's probably best to call a few places and deal with the person who calls you back first. I'll update my review if we ever do use this service. I hope to try them some time because I'm not very happy with other plumbers we have tried.

I am so happy with the service I received from Elliott Plumbing. Both Dante and Reggie are highly professional and great problem solvers. They explained each step so I was aware of what was happening with my tankless water heater and what to expect in the future. I will definitely look to them for my future plumbing needs. Best of all I have hot water again!!

Reggie Elliott was fabulous! I had asked another handyman to install a bathroom vanity that required having the pipes adjusted to fit the vanity openings as well as installing an exhaust fan and replace the toilet that another handyman had removed to install flooring but never came back to reinstall! Well,this second handyman said no problem over the phone but when he got to the house he was clueless. He then called Reggie to come look at it and thankfully Reggie was a pro who knew what he was doing. He immediately got to work and was quick and efficient. He not only got the vanity in ( and it looks beautiful) but also volunteered to put the toilet back in place which the handyman was supposed to do. He didn't even charge me for the toilet even though he had to use some parts from his truck. The handyman just hung around and put the vanity mirror up on the wall but did little else. When all was said and done Reggie charged me very little over what the useless handy man charged for just putting up a mirror! Reggie was quick,professional and very reasonable for the work done. Great professional, honest and friendly service. Elliott (owner) and his partner Dante were efficient and tidy. We went for a tankless water heater. They found a great location in the corner of our garage and made sure the gas lines under the house lined up along the walls- looking nice and neat. They even helped me move my storage boxes. Our faucet and sink was replaced by them. Elliott had to work with an old counter top and he managed to prevent cracking it. The sink fit perfectly as if it were there all along. My ""go to plumber"" in Lake County!
