Elliott Plumbing! Garbage disposal quit working. Was a weekend. Our usual plumber was unavailable, found Elliott through a quick Google search. What a wonderful occurrence that was! Because I don't know a lot about home maintenance and I'm still adjusting to the Lincoln area, there are a ton of businesses out there who will use that as a way to charge unreasonable prices. (One time, I was charged around $200 for simply flipping a switch So usually, I conduct at least two consultations to make sure I'm being charged at market value.)

So, the I always look for someone in the business that has the (1) knowledge and (2) integrity. Those two things are SO difficult to find.

Elliott Plumbing responded SO fast when I reached out to them. They immediately adjusted to the time that was right for me and gave me a fair and honest consultation. I'm so relieved to have found a trustworthy business.

I found Elliot Plumbing on YELP & couldn't have been happier. I contacted the company about a leaking water heater, Robert, the owner, came out & attempted to fix it but soon learned it needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and went on his way. I never felt pressured. I honestly didn't even shop around for quotes because he made such a good impression on me and the numbers sounded fair and reasonable. I had a backed up sink and my cleaners were coming that day. I needed someone in a pinch. I called Elliott Plumbing early in the morning and spoke to the owner (Robert) who lives locally. He was extremely quick to act. At first he said he would clear a spot and personally come out but it would have been after my cleaners got here. Several weeks ago I noticed some slow draining issues in the upstairs shower and sink. I tried a few simple fixes that did not help. Wanting to avoid a more serious problem I called for professional help.
I left a voice message for Elliot Plumbing about 9:00 in the morning. I received a call back within 30 minutes and agreed on a last call of the day appointment between 4-6 pm.
The arrival was well within the appointment window and the problem was solved in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
For me, when I need professional help, it does not get any better than excellent and friendly service at a reasonable cost. For sure I will call Elliot Plumbing for any future plumbing services. Keep up the great work!
