Ellingson for the win! Still offering top-notch service! I was in need of a new hot water heater, and immediately reached out to Ellingson's. From the moment I walked in until the project was complete, the professionals I worked with have been fantastic. My service tech was right on time, very effecient, and went the extra mile to ensure a very high-quality installation. The sales associate I worked with was very well versed in their product line, and very patient with follow-up questions. I'm relieved to know there are still consumer-focused businesses like this still around!

We have been using Ellingson for many years. We can call them anytime of the day, any day of the week and they quickly respond to our needs. Our favorite plumber is Paul. He has opened our cabin for us for 20 years. I recently called them to install a new faucet and toilet when they opened the cabin. We have had some issues with our sewer line and I wanted to make sure we would be purchasing the right products. Jackie,the woman in charge of ordering products, offered to have Paul call us and help us make those decisions. We chose to obtain the products on our own instead of going with the products they provide. There was no hard sell, they just were helpful with offering their services. We went to pick up the products up at the store Wednesday, Ellingson was coming Thursday. The store mistakingly sent them to my home in the cities. I frantically called Jackie to see if she could help me out and get the parts I needed in time for the opening. .She said she could get it done and coordinated everything in time for the following day! We were so impressed with all they did for us, and would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone and if u have had any work done by them or going to have any work done by them I would definitely get a second opinion have had a really really bad experience with these guys and I would never ever ever recommend these guys to anybody had them come out twice and they never fixed the problem told me my drain field what's Frozen so I had a guy come out and dig it up and that wasn't even the problem so they have no idea what there even talking about and one of the managers I talked to is a complete d@ck and very rude I would definitely call someone else and if I was the owner of this company I would teach my employeesen office to have a little bit better custome care

Don't trust them always get a second opinion! Said our furnace was junk and didn't even try to get it working. Second repair man from a different company had it up and running in 15 minutes
