Replaced water heater and the instant hot pump that was broken. He did a great job and did a follow up to reset the pump for the times we needed so we had instant hot water. Among other fixes, he replaced the pipes for all the sinks and installed two brand new toilets and a new sink in the guest bathroom. His initial in-person quote matched the final cost and was better than several other repairmen/companies. Furthermore, he was friendly and flexible when accommodating a scheduling mistake I made.
