Do not use these people!
We did the mistake of buying our furnace through Lowe's and this is the local contractor company.
Some of the workers are really nice, but one is very rude. It took 5 visit to instal a furnace, every time they were missing one piece and blaming the person that came before them for it. After the 5th morning stock at home with people in the basement the furnace was working, even though, one time they forgot to turn the water heater back and proceed to come back to turn it back on.
Then the inspector came and apparently they didn't even take a look at the the manual of instructions. Pipes were connected not properly, some was not glue, some didn't have the proper silicone, the pipe that was going to the outside was falling and not even directed in the right way... but MOSTLY the safety switch was off.
The inspector was amazed, I and my husband were furious instead.
We have small kids and they go to the basement and the furnace is in the middle of it. When I said I was upset that the safety switch was off the answer was that it doesn't matter, it is not an important thing, it will just start to such up air if the door falls? Really?
This company calls you every day, my husband said to please call me instead, but they probably didn't trust my number (that has a different area code) or they are note able to put on note for that, so they kept calling him at work. Then when they call me (other than one nice girl) the rest can't even say my name correctly and proceed to call me with another, and it is not a difficult name.
Today, with the visit number 6 they swore they took care of everything and that it is the local inspector that is very picky.
These people didn't even bother looking at the manual of instructions and proceeded to have 6 violations and they call the inspector picky?
5 times to install a furnace I believe it is already too much, but 5 visits to installing incorrectly is not only ridiculous but outrageous.
I can't give 0 starts or I would.

We had a wonderful experience with Eller Services. They installed a new furnace, AC, and wi-fi thermostat and were professional, polite, and did a clean install. Due to wi-fi connectivity problems related to our home network, they had to come out a couple times to resolve the problem but did so without any issues. We competitively shopped around with other HVAC installers and Eller's price was right there and better than the competition. We absolutely recommend them for their price, professionalism, and good work.

Eller services... wow. Had a broken pipe in my sink. I heard it recently became under new ownership. Who comes to a home on the fly on a Friday after thanksgiving??? Well... they do! I was shocked and pleasantly surprised... the plumbers were amazing quick and courteous! And legit so prompt! I was about to wait until the next Monday for service, however they said no worries and didn't bat an eye! On top of fixing the leak, they snaked my drain for free! The best!!!!

I posted a review on Yelp and a day later got a call from Lyle who owns Eller Services. We had a chance to chat and came to a resolution. I'm pleased to know that the reviews are checked and that he followed up with us. That being said, I will consider using Eller Services for my plumbing and heating needs moving forward. Extremely frustrated. Brand new furnace and a/c unit. Has never worked as promised. Eller admits they over promised and under delivered but cannot figure out how to resolve issue. Solution was to remove unit. But timeframe wasn't something we could accomplish.
In addition, we purchased a 12-month service contract that after 7 months, they've yet to act upon. Buyer Beware! This does not seem to be the company it used to be.

Called when our air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating to our schedule, working to ensure that we were seen the same day. Other places we had called were a minimum of 3 days wait time. Turns out my husband and I are rookie homeowners and just required a new air filter (duh, we'll know that for next time) but our technician, Kyle, was very polite and took the time to ensure that everything looked good with the ac. Additionally, he was very honest with his recommendation and I feel comfortable that when we require HVAC services in the future, Eller Services will be honest and accommodating to our schedule.

About 1 week ago my roof top air conditioner broke. With my business being on woodward, and the dream cruise right around the corner, I had to act fast. I contacted 3 companies one of which was Eller services. The other two companies told me there was nothing I could do until the end of August. Not only did Eller get me hooked up and ready within a weeks time, they beat the other two competitor prices!
Ps. Ari is the guy you want to talk to, straight to the point and gets the job done. Thanks Ari.
