Jacob came out yesterday to prep our AC for the summer. Jacob is very knowledgeable and professional, he is a hard worker, and had great communication. Jacob stayed until everything was in good working order.

You can't go wrong with Elkhorn Heating and Air Conditioning! Last year we bought a tankless water heater from them, and just recently bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them. They have been competitively priced, but more importantly their installation and customer service is outstanding. We had a marvelous team of people working with us -- Jon, Caden, Cody, Matt, Jack, and Jacob. Every one of them were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and punctual. When we had our inspection, the inspector commented that the installation was above grade. Thank you Elkhorn.

Do not use them for pre-purchase inspections of any type on a home you are thinking about buying. They will allow you to schedule services then call you the morning of your appointment and tell you nobody is available. Problems with ""their new system"". You can imagine how much chaos that causes a client when you are coordinating inspection times with a home seller and have tight deadlines on inspections.

I have used Elkhorn for over a decade for various needs in my 100+ year old north Denver bungalow.

I have been contemplating replacing a nearly 20 year old A/C that was installed prior to me purchasing my home. Jon came out to do a thorough inspection and offer options. I wasn't quite ready to move forward. I had Jacob out this week for an annual service before the season. My unit is working, but the coolant level is borderline and no longer made. There are more efficient options available. After consideration, I am moving forward with a new unit.

The technicians at Elkhorn are seasoned and professional. They are respectful of my space (They never come inside without putting booties on.). They communicate information well. The scheduling team is fantastic.

My new A/C will be installed next week.

We decided to install a multi-room mini split system with Elk Horn back in the spring. Everyone was very professional starting with the quoting process when we were walked through all the configurations and pricing. The install team was incredible, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed in the exact locations we wanted and when everything was complete, the office team even provided us all the rebate applications and back up docs to mail into excel. Despite running into some issues with Excel changing rebate requirements during our install, the Elkhorn team stood by our original agreement and honored the rebates we were due even when Excel would not. Highly recommend this company.
