During the initial late Monday phone call, the office was friendly and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday morning. Technician showed up on time, was professional, and offered options and their related pricing to our laundry problem so we could choose. New valves were installed at the laundry supply lines. Advice and estimate was also given for a separate non-urgent plumbing issue. I felt the technician was knowledgeable and helpful. I did not have another bid to compare prices so I have no point of reference in that regard. The price seemed higher than I anticipated as I'm unfamiliar to Elk Grove, and I'm comparing to my experience from a different town. All in all, glad the leak was fixed, and quickly done.

Murphy's law dictates you'll have an issue late Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I wasn't hopeful that we'd be able to get a fix right away but I was pleasantly surprised to find my call answered immediately, and Belinda kindly tracked down a technician who came out within an hour. James was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us an honest and thorough assessment, a speedy fix, and recommendations for next steps. We will be sure to call again for our next plumbing project!

I called in the morning for a non-emergency issue, and they had someone out to fix it tgat afternoon. While John was there, we pointed out a leaking faucet handle. He looked at the 20-year old faucet and recommended replacing it. We bought two faucets from Home Depot and got John scheduled to replace it the next day. The instant service combined with their competence makes this the kind of business I am happy to recommend.

First time using Elk Grove Plumbing and Drain, however it won't be my last. My son was installing a bathroom faucet for me and ran into an issue with the piping. He read their reviews, contacted them, and satisfied with the initial contact he made an appointment . I was given a two hour window of time and was pleased when they arrived at the beginning of it, no waiting. Parker and Fernando were friendly, courteous and efficient. I'd been given a quote and was thrilled when I didn't pay a cent above the original amount. I highly recommend their service.

I recommend very highly. We had four issues including some slow draining and some issues with our toilets that needed fixing. Laird showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, made suggestions for how we could improve our equipment going forward, showed us how to fix minor issue that pop up relating to this stuff, and fixed all of our issues.
