We have been a plumbing customer of this business for years, and they always do excellent, reasonably priced work. Recently our AC went out, and after dealing with another terrible company for over a week due to our home warranty, I remembered that EG plumbing does AC now, so I called them. We had a brand new condenser hooked up 2 days later for about the same price that my ""co pay"" would have been if I stayed in warranty hell with the other company for 2 more weeks.

Elk grove Plumbing and drain arrived at out home to clear a sewer stoppage. they pulled caps off the clean outs and snaked toward the street to clear a clog after 40 ft. The technician was very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. Thank You Elk Grove Plumbing and drain!

I was super-impressed. Joe and Brandon came out and systemically diagnosed the cause of a leak in the upstairs bathroom. They kept us informed every step of the way on pricing and worked to minimize cutting any drywall. As it ended up, they were able to diagnose the problem through a fiber optic camera placed through a small drill hole. They finished the project in a single visit at a fair price. What's more, they had the needed parts ""on the truck"". Kudos for a job well done. Highly recommended!

THE BEST...first time using...had a few minor drain issues to be repaired, so called Elk Grove Plumbing yesterday. She had an appointment available today. Very pleasant office staff, and the two plumbers who came out were ZACH (lead) and ROBERT, who were not only efficient, but very personable. Keeping their card for any future plumbing issues!

Toilets are no fun. I don't have the skill or the knowledge when it comes to plumbing, so I am not going to try and be a ""DIY Warrior."" No, I just want to be continue to be lazy and have a professional do it, without being overcharged.
