The sink in my garage overflowed when my son did a load of laundry (the washer drains into the sink) and made a big mess. The sink was not draining and even backed up after I drained the standing water. I called Elk Grove Plumbing & Drain and made an appointment for the following day. Laird showed up on-time and had my drain fixed in under an hour. It's now draining better than it has in the six years I lived in my house. Laird was very friendly and answered all of my questions. When I called for their services I was able to send a picture of the problem I was having under my mothers sink. I went over to change out a faucet and ran into a problem. Within the time I called and gathered other quotes from other companies it was less than a week for them to come out and service the bathroom sink. Affordable, reliable, professional services. I will call again for future services.

So happy with Elk Grove Plumbing. They are top flight in both work and customer service. Won't call anybody else with a plumbing issue in Elk Grove. They have been on time every call, did great work, and were very knowledgeable about every issue. Met several of their technicians/plumbers, and they have all been top notch. Beware of this business! They latterly spent ten minutes here, used my part and charged me $200.00. Get this..they gave me 20% off the part! Really!?

My sincere and grateful thanks to Kelly, Belinda and Joe! You are angels to the rescue. I woke at 4am to visit the loo and found myself splashing in water. The water was coming from a second bathroom. Kelly and Belinda were in action mode. They began by walking me through how to turn off water to the house and the best way to get the water cleaned up(shop vac). They didn't have to do that. Then, Joe swung by on the way to another appointment !!! He knew immediately how to fix it. You all treated my emergency like your emergency. And on a Saturday! Thank you so very, very much!! I am forever grateful.
