Paul D.Thank you Dean Steffen. I now have instant hot water (less the 15 seconds) at all my fixtures using a Rinnai Tankless RUR98eN system. Dean replaced my old Noritz tankless with this unit and re-plumbed the hot water line. It was his knowledge of how a tankless system should be installed that made the difference for a great system. The result was beyond my expectations. Dean installed the system last Wednesday. He came at 10 am and worked throughout the day completing the job at 4pm. He crawled up in my HOT attic in the afternoon to run the additional plumbing. His quote was very reasonable.
I would also add that he is ""the guy"" other plumbing companies call when they can't fix/diagnosis a problem. That is how how i found him.
He is also very knowledgeable on all the tankless systems.
