Just talked to the guy - I have a small job that I needed done (repairing a septic box). I was trying to explain to him what my issue was but he was short, he cut me off. I offered him the opportunity to come out and look at it but he said ""hey I'm working here"" - I told him the LOCAL HARDWARE store in Lancaster referred me to him, and I was either needing a repair coupling or just have him take a look at it (I didn't expect it to be free) to repair it. He just said ""Hey this ain't the advice line here"" and disconnected the call. I did not bother to call back as the guy, as others have said below or above) an a**hole. Don't bother calling him, it's not worth your time. Sorry.

Elite made several commitments to stop by and pump my tank, but never showed. Each time I called, Will would apologize and make excuses about why no one showed up and promise to be out the next day. He never gave the courtesy of a phone call to let me know he wasn't going to make it - I had to keep calling him. I ended up using E.C. Babbert and they did a great job.

This guy is as crooked as they come. He charged me $4500.00 to replace 2 of my sewage lines going out to my septic tank. He replaced one of them, left all the torn out plumbing laying all over my yard, and never showed back up and quit answering any of my calls. To be honest with you. I should've seen this coming when he said he would start work on my house on superbowl Sunday, then must have remembered later on that it was the superbowl and called me with some nonsense excuse about his helper refusing to come with him because he wanted to watch the game. The entire time he worked on my house I never once saw him bring an employee however, he did bring his wife with him to jobs to help him. When I initially called this guy to ask him why he had not completed my job he said that the price he quoted me what on to replace one line. I called around to several different plumbing companies after he told me this and they all say that this guy ripped me off and that he has a reputation for doing so. The most insulting part is that I called him 3 times after he left the plumbing discarded all on my side yard and he told me he would come out twice to get it and then just never showed up. I'm a 25 year old guy with a pregnant wife. We live paycheck to paycheck and what this guy did to us was so unethical. Do not use this guy's under any circumstances.

They came out today and did a great job. Really went above and beyond to help educate us on the system we currently owned.

* Elite agreed to start Thursday, Aug 6, 2015 (Elite did not show or start service as promised.)

Multiple attempts made via phone with Elite to schedule service start.

* Completed FDH compliance repair myself

* Purchased new Jet Inc Model 700LL Aerator motor myself
* Installed aerator motor myself

Final attempt made to schedule Elite to service. This time Elite promised to come out Thursday.

* Only service visit from Elite - pumped out aerator system
* Elite made comments reflecting that he was upset with me that I made repairs and purchased aerator myself

I don't like leaving bad reviews on anyone but this happened twice so it's worth mentioning. Situation: septic needs pumped so I call Elite. It's a Friday. They say they will come out Saturday and pump it in the afternoon. They will call before they get there and not charge me the Saturday fee for service. I'm like that is great!! Well I cancelled my plans for Saturday afternoon. No big deal. Well they No call No show. So... I give them the benefit of the doubt and call a couple weeks later. This time they were scheduled to come out on a Thursday. Well guess what. No one ever called. No one ever showed up. Again. So, apparently, when the only thing you can do is pump crap for a living, you don't show up. Which seems to mean that you aren't even good at pumping crap. That's not even crappy service... That's no service.
