Luis was awesome to work with. I asked for yelp quotes on a Friday afternoon, and he was the first to show up at our rental home. He did FaceTime with me to show the main waterline leak and gave me a price range on the phone with a follow up written quote. He started the work the following week and sent pictures of the work in progress while accommodating my renters' work schedules. He also sent information and the paperwork to apply for leak assistance from the Utility District. Highly recommend!

Elite Sewer Repair is amazing! I was in desperate need of an underground water line repair. We had a to shut off the water and were not able to use it because the leak was so bad. I called many other places and got quoted in the high thousands of dollars!!! Luis was able to work my budget and dis great work. Would use them again, worth it!!!

I hired them for a sewer scope. He was punctual and explains , also suggested possible sewer line replacement options. The only downside is it took a while for him to send the video.

Luis and his crew are totally awesome.

After I sent him some photos of the job, he emailed us an estimate the same day. After I confirmed he can do it, he and his crew were at my house the next day and finished the job two days later. Less than 5 days from call to completion when many other businesses couldn't get to it in weeks.

We had a water leak coming from under our driveway and I thought the main water line would need to be dug up and replaced or repaired. Instead, Luis told me they could bore under the driveway and out the other side to the house without trenching or digging up the driveway. He accomplished just that with a brand new continuous run of PEX water line from the meter to the house.

All of his people were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with superb attention to detail -- they even cleaned any dirt from the lawn with water and blower when they were finished.

I'd have posted pictures but what can a pristine view of my yard exactly as it was before they started show?

They will certainly get my business again.

On Saturday morning, my sink suddenly began backing up. I tried all of the obvious things first, including renting a snake to deal with it myself, but no
luck. I then called my landlord in Olympia. He wasn't going to be able to get to it until Sunday or Monday, and so I looked for a plumber. It was by chance that I became aware of Elite Sewer Repair. Their very fast, professional and thorough communication along with the guaranteed flat rate for unclogging drains convinced me to hire them. On top of which, Luis was willing to come up and take care of it immediately! Luis and Eric arrived quickly as promised, and they were masked up before they started walking up the driveway. They were VERY respectful of COVID protocol and put me (high risk person) at ease immediately. They put gloves on so as not to touch anything inside the house, and maintained responsible distance from me throughout. Long story short, it took 4 hours to locate and remove the clog! When repeated snaking from the kitchen didn't resolve it, they scoped every outgoing pipe in the whole house via clean outs until they were able to find a back way to the clog. They ultimately snaked it out from the backside (while I watched on the camera/scope screen) and VOILA!! These fellows were SO extremely humble, gracious, strategic, professional and determined. I was amazed when Luis said after this grueling 4 hour adventure that the flat rate of $160 would stand, because that's what he promised. I cannot say enough about Luis and the way he runs his business, or the skill and persistence he and Eric showed. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and they are my heroes this weekend. :)
