Scheduled an appointment on their website and recieved confirmation email. Waited all day, but no one showed up. Called the company and the manager said I can't book appointment online on the weekend. She asked me to reschedule my appointment. I rescheduled from Saturday to Tuesday between 10am-12pm. Roy, Plummer, texted me to call him. I called him as he requested. He told me that he will be late for my appointment. He can come around 12:30pm. I accepted and told him it's ok to be late. I'll stay here until 5pm. Someone else called me and left voice message around 1:30pm and said technician will be at my place around 3pm. By 4pm, no one came. Texted Roy, but no answer. I had to call the company to make sure if anyone is coming to fix the issue. Manager said she will contact to the technician and call me back, but she didn't. I had to call the company again. (I waited 35min) They said they can't talk to technician. His cell phone doesn't have signal. They asked me to reschedule again.
How rude is that. No one was responsible for my appointment. They were keep pushing the appointment by saying whatever reasons. The end manager hang up on me since I asked them to fix the issue same day. I was waiting since Saturday all day and today, Tuesday, all day.
Technician might have good knowledge and skills, but I couldn't experience so can't tell about that. But the for sure thing is who ever answers the phone especially manager is horrible.
She was demanding to reschedule or wait until plumber show up at night without telling me what time range. She even said when technician comes and I'm not at that moment then he will leave right away. She doesn't respect my time at all. She doesn't understand appointment means. She thinks that reschedule is the only way to solve this issue. How can I trust their scheduling? They didn't come to my place TWICE!!!!! No show!!!!!
They yelled at me sounds like I did something wrong. I only asked them to keep my appointment as they schedule. They were the one who pushed my appointment.
I have no idea how they can be so irresponsible to the customer for their mistake and yelling and hang up the phone.

Don't waste your time!!!

My bathroom tub drained very slowly. Elite Rooter inserted a router snake and rapidly stated that the drain could not be cleared with a rooter snake. They then said they would have to jackhammer out and replace the sewer line for a cost of $5850.00. I declined and hired another plumber who snaked out the drain for a cost of $98.00.

During Elite Rooter's visit I had the distinct impression that they were putting on a performance in the hope of generating a big job where a normal rooter job would be more than adequate. The performance included bringing in another employee with a pipe camera. The camera man appeared in a few minutes (perhaps he was around the corner waiting for the call) and proceeded to run the camera everywhere except into the pipe where the blockage existed. Needless to say, I would not recommend letting Elite Rooter get anywhere near one's home.

This is a review for Elite Rooter of Santa Barbara, Ca. They recently did a project for my family and I just have to say they left a mess. My carpeting was filthy after they finished and the drop cloth covered a very little area so did no good and contributed to the over all mess.They did a shoddy job of the repair tiling in the bath room hallway which looks awful and when moving the washer they scratched the floor and and dented the side of a appliance. I told them that it leaked after they did that and the repairman looked at it and said it didn't. I am not blind and I know water on the floor so he was incorrect and probably didn't want to admit it and have to repair it. Over all I would give them a less than acceptable review. I would recommend no one use this company.
I have since gotten other estimates, which I should have done sooner and I feel I was grossly overcharged for a less than acceptable job. I had to pay a cleaning service to get my house back to a livable state which I feel they should reimburse me for.

Take my recommendation and DO NOT use this company.

4 stars, would have been 5 if they were on time. I was able to keep working from home when Elite came into my home and did what they needed to do. They were professional about their business, they were clean, and they worked fast.

I'm not someone who usually writes bad reviews, but I feel this information needs to be voiced. On the positive side Elite Rooter has very nice office staff and they seem to know how to clear clog sewer lines well enough. The cost on the other hand can be much higher than other plumbing companies providing the same work. We paid $2500 for jetting a line. It wasn't until later that I learned that other plumbers charge much less for the exact same work. My bad for not checking! When I started talking to them about getting other bids for the necessary repairs following the jetting (as any smart homeowner- property manager would do) the communication and response was highly unprofessional. I definitely won't be calling them again.

Tony & Mark did a job for me. Good work & very professional, but it cost $5000+. The I had another drain problem. Of course I called them. Mark came , tested & told me the drain needed to be replaced. Est $5250.00. I got a second opinion from Channel Plumbing. Nathaniel found the drain did NOT need to be replaced. Solved my drain problem for $145.00...........Make your own decision!!

If I could give zero stars to this company I would. I had a leaky bathtub faucet in the Master bathroom. Elite Rooter wanted $1475 to fix this. I went to another company in town who fixed it for $198.80! Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs or at the very least get a second opinion/estimate!

Tony and Tino came out to check into a big leak near our apartment--unfortunately our landlord decided against their services because you know...landlords always like to say they ""have a guy"". But I am leaving a review because the company was responsive, they were very kind, quick to come out to assess, and did not charge for coming out.

I am always weary when I call local service companies because their quoted fees over the phone always seem to increase once they arrive. Not so with Andy Pineda and the wonderful phone person when I called Elite Rooter at 805 435 9061. I was greeted by a very open and honest sounding young woman who scheduled a visit to solve my leaking sink problem within 2 hours of my call. Andy Pineda showed up promptly and repaired my leaking sink trap assembly quickly and then told me there was no charge. I will be calling Andy to install a new faucet on the kitchen sink and repair a leaking tank ball in the downstairs bathroom toilet. Andy's pleasant personality and expertise have made me positive that I will never call another company when I need help with plumbing problems. I'm a retired Fire Dept. Captain and my career made me quite critical of peoples performance because of the nature of the work. You simply won't find better people or better professional service than Elite Rooter and Andy provide. Make the call you will be very happy you did so. Wes

Our laundry drain was backed up in the middle of a pandemic, so stress levels were high. Sorted yelp results by recommended and called the top two, elite rooter answered and sent out a tech right away. Everything seemed to be going great, they tried snaking and it didn't work so they recommended an expensive hydro jet. That also didn't work so they recommended $10,000 in repairs. We called another plumber for a second opinion, they showed up and snaked the drain and got everything flowing in about two minutes. Lesson learned, don't call elite rooter.
