Isaiah came by to do unclog a toilet in the house & he was super quick, polite & nice about it! the toilet has its own little room and was pretty tiny but he was doing his best not to get any back spray from unclogging into our walls. Definitely recommend him!

I've dealt with different plumbing companies before and I must say that Elite stands out amongst them. The phone customer service along with the physical plumbing work was done with a sense visual care. Several walls had to be opened up, a tankless water heater installed, all new piping, and a shower floor replace. I'm very satisfied with the completed job. The patchwork done with care and you can see it. I'm very happy that I chose to use Elite Rooter.

It wouldn't surprise me if these reviews were bogus. The plumber will push you to do the most expensive, complicated method of fixing your issue. I always get 3 quotes before moving forward with any construction/plumbing work and the other two quotes were far less expensive and they had a simpler way of solving the problem. Also if you do decide to move forward and they ask for a 10% deposit don't do it. If they don't perform service you will not be refunded.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced. Easy job right? No! Mine was old, crusty and corroded!! It was fused together making it so hard to pull off. It had to be cut off, I didn't have that tool so I called the pros lol he did a great job, so far no leaks and my new one is fresh lol I do recommend this company :)

Elite rooter is not reliable, they give you an approximate time and the show up days later. They seem confused when unclogging and they kept on telling me I keep needing other things. My sink water was barely going down and they were saying that's how the sink was made. I'm going to try another plumber. Not convinced and I wouldn't recommend.

We've used Elite Rooter a few times in couple of years. They are always suggesting things to have done (up sell) they convinced on a hydro clearing. $1200 to clear. I don't know, but they had to be here another time this week, and claimed I needed additional work done.. they were supposed be here again on Friday. I called on Saturday to see if they were coming, and they said Monday. Well, I called a different Plummer and they claimed elite rooter is notorious for these kind of tactics. Said it was an easy clear. If you use them, or use them, see if they try to up sell you on things you don't need.

Around the end of February (2 months ago), we requested for a plumbing service in order to fix a clogged toilet. When they came to our house they claimed there was a bigger problem, and they had to remove the entire toilet to fix the problem. They removed the toilet, weren't able to fix it and then left. We then right after received the bill of 250$, after not having anything fixed. We requested for a complete refund which they agreed to issue, but did not even receive a check for the refund until this week (beginning of May). Not only that but the check was paid to the order of a misspelled name, and we were still not able to cash it. First of all, this entire experience was not only a huge inconvenience but also extremely unprofessional. With them charging us 250$ for a toilet clearing service, agreeing to refund us but then not sending a check until MONTHS later, then lastly writing the incorrect spelling of the name. I did not think about writing a review until now, but I believe everyone must know how unprofessional their services are. Very disappointed and will never make the mistake of giving them our business again.
