I called Elite Rooter for help on a sink faucet that was no longer working. They dispatched James to come help me and he was able to tell me what was wrong and was able to fix my faucet. I would definitely call Elite Rooter and ask for James again to help me

My bathroom toilet was backing up so I called Elite rooter and a technician/Jimmy came by my apartment to take a look at my problem. He came into my house with boot covers on and all the tools to snake my drain system. He was very professional and even had his face mask on. I instantly felt safe and secure. I don't usually like people coming to my house during these times but these guys were very clean and professional. They set paper down on my hardwood floor to keep the snake machine from scratching the floor. Within 20 min of arrival they were able to clear the drain. Definitely recommending theses guys to family and friends. Thanks again elite rooter for the great work!

I had a problem with my toilet backing up. So thankful to find this company to help me out with the solution. Cristian was so helpful and was able to explain every single detail of the problem . My main line was clog. I liked the way he came in and was very careful with my house. He set up paper and plastic to bring his tools inside my house. Was able to finish my job. I would really recommend this coming to anyone! Not all Plummer are as clean and helpful as you guys. Great job

This guy is the best! Isaac was polite, friendly,
professional, and worked with us to solve our issues. He
was available by phone but also happily stopped by to
check in and make sure our needs had been met. he understood our need to get things done at the lowest possible cost and made sure that this happened.
Elite Rooter will be the plumber we call from now on and into the future.
We have dealt with several plumbers, and none have
come close to giving us the service that this guy
provided.

I highly recommend Elite Rooter. Both my toilets and showers were both backed up. They sent someone out in about an hour. The guy who came out was named Gio. He explained everything they were going to do in detail and he always made sure I knew exactly what was going on. I ended up needing my major sewer line replaced. They worked very hard to get this done in a timely manner and even finished ahead of schedule. I was pleased to find out they had a financing program to help with payment. Everyone I spoke to from the receptionist, Gio, and the finance person were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them.

First off, I want to say that this is a very very trustworthy and skilled plumbing company. I'm a homeowner with a large home that has a lot of plumbing and I had a seriously tough clogs that despite my best efforts I could not handle by myself. I was really excited to see just how kind and professional Jaime was when he arrived. I always ask my wife if she would feel safe in the house with a technician by herself and she resoundingly said ""Yes"".

I could tell that Jaime is a very experienced and hard working Plumber and because of that Elite has another loyal customer bc thisclog was a doozie. I I have no doubt that this is a field where aspiring for five star reviews is very difficult whether it's because people don't have a very good idea just how much work can go into it or because their expectations are not realistic or whatever but they definitely earned the five stars.

I had to swallow my pride and despite my best efforts with various snakes and bladders and air pressure, every possible remedy I could think of, could not beat this clog. In fact they had to call in for an even bigger drain snake and within minutes, it was delivered. I know the feeling and they pulled it off. it's especially important that a company is at least big enough to be able to maneuver and work the logistics the way that the management has here

the staff that I spoke with assured me that I'd be getting a call the morning of about half an hour beforehand and I did, and they were very helpful in allowing me to pay telephonically using my credit card. likewise the Plumber that assisted Jaime passed all of the same professionalism tests that I had, and I wish I knew his name because I would definitely mention it here.

I'm thankful and impressed that they will charge what is advertised which is becoming a rarity these days and because of that made sure to tip very well and definitely know exactly who to call in the future whenever I have any plumbing issues. Elite Rooting is hands down the best plumbing company in Orange county, and I've tried five or six now and without a doubt they take the cake.

Just had bathroom remodeled and shower drain is clogged. Our contractor contacted this company and Francisco showed up and was able to clear it in a few minutes. He said he can't give a warranty because they didn't do any repair. He did let the shower run for 5 minutes to make sure it continued to drain. Our contractor paid for it but their price is very reasonable. He had previously sent another but had to cancel due to the price. The other company though said they warranty their work for 6 months. We'll see how it goes.
