I contacted about 11 plumbers for my backed up kitchen drain here at home Elite Rooter came back with the best pricing and availability so we booked an appointment with them.

Rafa came by just slightly after the time window but he more than made up for it with a great attitude and customer service. He wore booties to make sure he didnt track mud and dirt into our home. He assessed our situation and tried to use the cable to clear the kitchen drain but it wasn't effective. He recommended the next step up - hydro jetting the line.

Although we didn't sign up for the hydro jetting due to cost we were extremely satisfied with the visit and the fact that he didn't charge since there was no fix, very honest business from Rafa.

He also did check out our bathroom line for us because we were having issues with that as well. All around the experience was one I would recommend to any of my friends.

I had a bathroom sink in my house clog up and was unable to clear it myself using a manual snake. I found Elite Rooter on Yelp along with other companies and they gave me the best quote, and they also responded to my quote request immediately. After working with my schedule, Rafa, the technician, called me while he was enroute to my house to make sure I was available. I hate to say but I have a habit of always wanting to watch good work being done and probably bug with questions. Rafa answered all my questions regarding plumbing related issues and explained everything he was doing as he worked to correct the issue. I'll definitely be recommending Elite Rooter to anyone who asks for my opinion and will tell them to try to ask for Rafa.

Thank you both for helping me with a terrible situation a poor consumer choice home warranty policy which cause me shingles yesss. These two gentlemen worked out my garbage disposal problem with no problems. The home warranty which I don't recommend was all problems negative all the way around. Call these guys direct save yourself the shingles. Thank you James and Edwin such a great experience with no effort and no headaches . We have used Elite Rooter for the last couple of years for clearing our sewer lateral lines in Costa Mesa. In the end, our sewer pipes gave up after 70+ years. We decided to completely abandon our old sewer system and create an entirely new one from all lines inside the house, all the way to the center of the street. It was a big, big job involving digging, pipe bursting, trenching, lining/sleeving, concrete and a little stucco work. After multiple quotes, Elite Rooter proved to be the best (in price, timeliness, and just overall knowledge of plumbing), and we are so happy we went with them. All of the technicians are friendly and hard-working, and left our home clean when they left. Frankie was awesome X 100, he communicated everything they were doing and always asked if we had any questions, every day. He made the process go as quickly as possible and handled everything professionally. Christian was also great, he checked in every day and made sure we always knew what to expect and what was going on. They were ""on it"" from the quote process all the way until the project was finished.

Overall, just a great company, truly genuine, nice people and very knowledgeable. Like I said, this was a multi-day, big project..... I am so glad we went with Elite Rooter.

I recently needed a 100' gas line replaced and asked Elite rooter to come out to give us a quote. Our gas was off and they were the first ones here ready to start. Their master plumber and regional manager that came out also spent 45 min walking around our property and was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff.

However, they ended up asking $25k to replace the gas line and was already directing their guys to start and trying to sign me up for financing options before I committed or received any written estimate.

We talked to around 8 other plumbers where some were quoting less than 1/3 of that cost for the same job and were double the cost of the next highest bid which leads me to believe they were simply trying to take advantage of us as we had our gas shut off and trying to charge us 2-3x the amount as everyone else.

I received their information from the horrible app called thumbtack. When they messaged me we had scheduled an appointment for 4:00 p.m. On the appointment day they called at 4:47 p.m. & said that they will be there in 22 minutes. The worker/driver didn't apologize or even have an excuse as to why they were going to be an hour and a half late. I actually thought they weren't even going to show.

There were 2 employees who were polite and answered my questions. When they tried cleaning out my drain, they said the cable was hitting something. I asked if they were able to get at least some of the ""gunk"" out & they replied ""the bare minimum."" I wasn't 100% sure what that meant. But I thought since I was paying $70 maybe some of it will come out and I can wash my clothes without the backyard flooding with gunk from the washing machine & kitchen sink drain.

When they were finished they mentioned the hydro jet service and how I would need that to clear out my drain. I asked a couple questions about it and the price of it was pretty expensive. They did offer me a coupon and a discount on the hydro jet service if I were to get it. Overall the service was ok except the part where they were about 2 hours late. I won't be using the thumbtack app anymore.

I just don't think I should have been charged $70 for what they did...because as soon as they left I washed a load of clothes. During the wash, the flooding of the drain into my backyard was exactly the same. So the cable that was used, did not fix my drain clogging issues at all.
