Do not use this company! I had a broken sewer line, it took them over 3 months to finish the job with lots of problems. They were 50% more in price than another reputable company in the area. They did lower their price, but I noticed a problem when they said they were done. I text the estimator 19 times, even went to the ""operations manager"" in California to resolve the problem, but to no avail. I had to have another company repair a brand new clean out (broken and misaligned) pipe. I am now in the process of taken Elite to small claims court to get them to settle. They also filed a $15,000 lien on my property because I refused to pay them because they did not finish the job properly. Why does a national company do business this way?

Joseph did a great job, he came out to our house on a Saturday morning and was very thorough. We had an issue with a bad smell coming from our bathtub drain and he made sure the issue was taken care of. And he gave us advice for the next time! We will keep this company in mind when we have any issues in the future.

DO NOT USE ...... I had a SIMPLE Kitchen Leak that turned from $150.00 to $3,500.00 after Daniel and Connor got involved and discovered that this was a Insurance Claim. I have called the Company and cannot get Past Amanda or Annette to have the Owner Mr. PATEL return ANY of my messages to Send a CORRECTED AND HONEST Invoice....BEWARE VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY AND DISHONEST COMPANY and Unfortunately the Owner hides behind his employees to pick up the Dishonesty

Elite did a sewer repair at our home. We were overcharged by 300%. They installed a section of line at an inapproiate angel casuing sewage backup and over $20,000 in additional damage. They also punctured the neighbor's spinkler system main line resulting in nearly $5000 of additional damage. I am going to sue them.

Knowledgeable, dependable and courteous. But quoted me twice the price that 2 other companies quote me also the work that they explained to me was not going to be the right way to do it it was a half assed way. Be careful of their pricing.

Very disappointed. I have used Elite service before to unclog my kitchen sink. Since I liked their work, I have scheduled them again when my drain was getting clogged. The techs arrived quickly and I noticed that they didn't even bring the snaking equipment. Instead, they asked to see my kitchen pipes in the basement. Then they asked me if I was owner or renter. When I asked why, they said it was curiosity, then changed their answer later. Long story short, they have wasted entire 1 hour trying to push a $1500+ project to redo my kitchen pipes and didn't want to unclog my drain. They even insisted that they wouldn't guarantee the snaking would unclog. At the time, they didn't checked my sink. Very disappointed how they are doing business now. They kept insisting on locking in for the project and put a deposit for it. Not giving any business to them anymore. Ah, by the way, they would push a hydrojetting ($580ish) when a simple snaking ($80-100) would suffice.

I called to get a sink line that is about 10 feet long cleared out. The dispatcher gave me a 2 hour window when the tech would arrive, and that I would receive a call prior to arrival. I had to take the day off work to be available to be flexible to meet the tech during the 2 hour window. 40 mins past the 2 hour window, I called to find out where the tech was. While I was on the call with the dispatcher, the tech called to tell me he would be there shortly. Nearly an hour later the finally arrived. During his visit the tech tried to sell me multiple different services which was frustrating since I kept explaining that all that was needed was the line cleared. This felt like a paid sales call. Yes, he cleared the line and it has been draining fine since, which is all I needed.

When payment was due, the tech explained that the $79 rate was promotional and did not qualify for a 30 day guarantee on the drain cleaning. What company doesn't provide at least a 30 day guarantee? Why wasn't this explained prior to payment? I won't be utilizing Elite Rooter again due to the lack of professionalism.
