Scam business. Replaced my water lines both in bound and out bound. Had another professional plumber look over work to find it was a hack job and not up to code. Eliterooter will not respond or make contact. Avoid this company.

Elite rooter finally got back with my Bill or invoice , they did adjust the amount to the actual work preformed. I felt like they did the right thing happy ! I would recommend them communication could be better .

Absolute scam artists. Came to look at clogged drain, quoted us $850 to buy new garbage disposal and replace it for me and my sister. (Keep in mind I bought our previous one for $180 and installed it myself). Then when I said that was too much, he asked me to ""name my price"". Definitely felt like he was trying to rip us off and take advantage because it was a household with 2 women. Do not recommend.

Women don't use Elite Rooter! The owner tried to flirt shamelessly with me and overcharged me. He quoted me between $400.00 and $500.00. When he was done I was charged $652.00. When I asked why? He gave me a politicians excuse that didn't make sense. I reluctantly paid it. DON'T USE THEM!

Had a clog in the kid's bathtub. Tried to fix it myself with no success. Asked for recommendations for plumbing service and a friend who has used Elite Rooter in the past told me to give them a call. They were responsive, identified the issue and ran a cable to unclog massive buildup. Would definitely recommend.

If you want unlicensed plumbers messing up your pipes for 5 times it's value then give these guys a call!
The first bid will drop by half if you question it. Lol then it'll drop by half again if you tell them to leave. But they practically refuse to leave your site. They even put the toilet in the wrong place! They really suck.
Pushy liars! Ripoff!
Do yourself a favor and never ever call them!

one morning our showers, bath and toilets started gurgling and backing up with black matter. I called who I thought was Roto rooter but this elevate rooter obviously paid googleto be first. They did come out right away and they did unclog the problem and they did sell us cameraing the line. They found the line had sagged and gave us a price for excavation and replacement And we agreed.

Then to our dismay, once the line was exposed in a five foot or more hole, ten feet long, the slick talking guy, who is not a plumber but a salesman, tried to more than double the price saying the line issue was larger than they thought. It was a classic bait and switch act. We were able to not pay as much as he originally wanted but way more than it turns out it was worth Based on conversations with others.It was all high pressure.

I will never use these people again. Unbelievably they still charged the $79 on top of the multiple thousands. They showed up on a weekend to finish the job they said they would do in a few days with again, very high pressure Tactics. And the slick talker seriously wanted a five star rating.

Make sure to avoid this outfit. They are carpetbaggers from California.
