Zero stars for a response to an issue found. Work done in 2023 at our house resulted in a cut wire that required $132 fix and urine left in a bottle under the house. Still have not received the confirmed reimbursement form over a month ago or a response to several emails since then.

I wish I could give these crooks a zero! Quoted my 89 year old mom a price for a new main sewer (42k) over 3 times of what three other contractors quoted me (15-17k) Thank god i was involved. Stay away!

Pablo was great in helping my bathtub clogging. I had hired another plumber from a different company the previous day and he couldn't unclog it. I just got service done by Daniel today, and I am very pleased with his work. I called around 10am, and he was at my doorsteps by 10:45am. I've been having problems with the bathroom sink for the past month now. The faucet would run smoothly until about 15 seconds, and then it would clog. Daniel let me know of what procedure had to be done, and gave me an honest estimate. He even gave me a teacher discount! He was efficient and professional. He also did let me know of some upgrades that had to be done in the future which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Elite Rooter if you are having plumbing problems. Thank you so much!

The plumber in charge of the work was Pablo and he was extremely reliable, explaining openly the issues we had with our sewer pipe which was almost 75 years old. The sink in my laundry room was clogged and I needed to find a reliable reasonably priced plumber to clear it for me. I was anxious to hire someone after reading several reviews about plumbers overcharging their clients. I called Elite Rooter who had a $79 special to unclog a drain. The plumber came out was very nice and patiently ran the snake through the drain several times and it wouldn't clear. He looked at the other drains in the house and found the clog was only affected by the kitchen sink. He put the snake down the laundry room sink another time and it cleared. He charged me the discount rate and I am very happy with the service. Very professional man who told me the discount price several times and stuck to it. I will definitely use them again if I have another clogged drain.
