we had roots that were clogging the drain. they quoted us ~4000 (not even a new toilet included or tile replacement) and said they have to drill to fix the busted pipes. they also decided this without even putting a camera down there.

so we called another company and when they put the camera down there there were no plumbing issues at all. just a horses tail of roots. anyhow very disappointed that I almost paid way extra and let them almost start tearing up my ground

Zero stars for a response to an issue found. Work done in 2023 at our house resulted in a cut wire that required $132 fix and urine left in a bottle under the house. Still have not received the confirmed reimbursement form over a month ago or a response to several emails since then.

I wish I could give these crooks a zero! Quoted my 89 year old mom a price for a new main sewer (42k) over 3 times of what three other contractors quoted me (15-17k) Thank god i was involved. Stay away!
