The one star is for the technician, not the company. I don't want to mention his name to get him trouble. I still think the company is great. The technician come to my place for a stuck toilet. He try the snake first say didn't work. Than he suggests hydrogen but the lowest he can go is 1800. So I pay him 250 for come in and not fix the problem. I told him is too expensive. Then next day I call a company come I. Did a hydrogen and didn't work than they did the snack and work. So. Snake work!!!!!! Guess how much this company charge . 400( hydrogen and snake ). Come on 1800 vs 400 !!!!!!!! In the mean time this technician keep text me and let me know I will get trouble with the city and receive big fine if not fix it And text me if I still want their service..... right now I am even questioning that he can do it with snake but didn't want to. Because the second company did it with snake and it work. Come on 1800 vs 400??????????

I had a back up in my renters home. That is where it started.
As it turned out, I needed to replace all of the old cracked, cast iron pipes.
It kept going and going. After a long week, they got it done.
Always professional, polite and reassuring.
Mat especially, worked his tail off into the evening every day.
He always kept me informed each step of the way.
Monumental task for the entire crew, and they did it....right!

My Reverse Osmosis tank started backing up and was leaking through the faucet area. I found this business on thumbtack and they came out next day.

Pablo was my technician and he came and assessed my problem in about 20 minutes. He was able to give me a reasonable quote for fixing my issue and clearing my drain!

As Pablo was getting started on the repairs he found another item that needed repairing. That brought my list to 3 items in total. Cornelio and Joe were Fantastic! Super diligent and extremely fair. They showed up in a few hours to help figure out a really tough problem with my sewer line. Turned out it was a simple clog, but very hard to find given the location in my Kitchen. In the end they came back as promised and didn't leave till they fixed it. I can't say enough about these guys and am thankful they are available in the Bay Area.
