Elite Rooter technician damaged our Marble bathroom counter top, he put the equipment on top of the counter, left a huge mess and still did not fix the problem!! We found the chip of marble that he had damage, I called Annette (Elite Manager) she said to get a cost to repair, we did that and she said in numerous emails that she was send a check for the $500 in damages, the check never came, after more emails back and forth and excuses of personal issues, again Elite has not responded to my numerous emails to send the repair bill as promised in her emails. Beware of this plumbing company, they are quick to respond, but do not back up there work or have morals.

Follow up and Mercedes the receptionist was very short and lacked positive customer service. Her communication changed about updates throughout the process and wasn't easy to work with. Promised calls from the plumber themselves who never did and left us hanging without hot water for days. Beware!

Louis at elite plumbing is great. I need a new toilet and he said if I buy one he will install for a reduced price due to me being on SSI. He was very nice and I will call him when I find a new toilet.
