UNDERHANDED, DO NOT TRUST THEM I made an appointment with them to give me an estimate of why my garbage disposal wasn't working. I let them know on yelp that I needed to cancel this appointment. this morning he showed up & I told him I had canceled it & then I told him since he was already here to give me an estimate (fix it or replace). In less than 3 minutes he fixed it & said to me that will be $79. I said this is suppose to be an estimate so he called what I assume is his boss & he said you fixed it she needs to pay.

They suck! Came in looked around quoted an extremely high price said he'd be back tomorrow. Never showed. So I called Pro soulitions & they came out quick and for the third of the cost Elite quoted me. Fast and efficient.

I had such a pleasant experience with this company that I felt compelled to write a positive review. We had a toilet malfunction last night and I called a couple of plumbing companies very early this morning and they promised me same day service, only to call back and say that they are very busy and that I had to wait 2 days to get service. So I stumbled across Elite Rooter on the internet and I called them. They said they had a technician in the area and they could come in a couple of hours. Sure enough, Andy Pineda shows up at our door, fixes the problem in no time, such professional manner, I was really impressed !!! I highly recommend this company. They honored their promise and that speaks high volumes to me !!!

Beware Beware Beware Called for a simple drain out service, tried for a weekend service said would come out during the week. Sent service techs to do job. Told my wife they don't normally come out for this type of service. Upon inspection, was told needed bigger snake, $600.00 job. Wife informed them not to do it, not her house, (renting). Told her to get person in charge on phone, I was called told service was needed today, pay for it. I told them just snake the line as instructed , nothing else. She told me they opened the trap and let gunk spew onto my kitchen floor, grabbed my kitchen drying towels and used them to wipe up mess. Then opened a drawer pulled out tupperware to use to catch remaining sludge flowing out. 5 minutes later pulled out snake used another towel to wipe off their snake, said they were done for the coupon price. Left both towels on floor & container with sludge, told her to get some towels to soak up remaining water under cabinets. Did not use a shop vac to suck up water, just left it . Wanted extra money paid in cash , no receipt. Wife gave them number to call to collect payment. Landlord came to help clean up mess, shop vac all sludge and water in cabinets. Wished She would have video taped this disaster . Would have been great footage against this group of pirates. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Hear me out.. went to this company to install a kitchen faucet . Two months later the faucet needed to be retightened / fixed . Service comes with warranty so I wasn't charged for it to be fixed . Martin Hernandez came out and fixed IT . He was polite and quick . I would give 5 stars if the initial work didn't need to get fixed so quickly ( it was not originally installed by Martin) . I will for sure call them for a new job . The warranty and nice staff does it for me .

Beware of this plumbing company!!! Some of their employees may not be honest and fraudulently push more expensive services than actually needed.
After being on vacation for 3.5 weeks we returned home and started doing laundry and using the facilities. Our drain piping backed up into the shower and overflowed the toilets. After unsuccessfully trying to find one of the usual plumbers I trust available, I checked Yelp and found Elite with 4.5 stars. They arrived in less than an hour and I described what I felt was the problem. Our bathroom renovation 10 years ago resulted in all smooth ABS piping except for a 16 ft section of cast iron piping under my kitchen to an outside cleanout. Friends checking on our house with young children had used our facilities. In fact, I noticed that TP in the master bath had an empty roll. Knowing we have low flow toilets and the children used excess TP, I conveyed to Plumber #1 it was probably a TP blockage in the cast iron piping.
Plumber #1 spent about 20 minutes with the roto router motor running and came out of the bathroom stating he couldn't penetrate the blockage. After spending another 10-15 minutes attempting to clear he decided to attack from the outside cleanout. Same story, he said he couldn't penetrate the blockage. He calls Plumber#2 to bring the camera since his camera was broken.
Plumber#2 arrives and inserts camera upstream of blockage but says he is unable to see since it is filled with water. Inserting camera from the downstream cleanout he approaches the blockage and shows me. A wad of toilet paper fully blocking the pipe. Then claiming concern for the piping down stream from cleanout to street drainage pipe, he redirects the camera toward street and shows me small amounts of roots penetrating the clay drain line. He claims he can hydroblast for $1100! Since I had hired a piping survey during my renovation, I knew roots were minimal and hadn't changed in 10 years.
Redirecting his attention to the blockage I asked him to push the camera line into the blockage. The camera tip easily penetrated the mass and the blockage broke free. Why did Plumber#1 run a router over 30 minutes to no avail when a camera tip dislodged the blockage in seconds? He picked the wrong person to try and scare to pay an unnecessary $1100. I gladly paid the $69 and will never call this company again. I suggest you also look elsewhere. Let the buyer beware!
