I used Elite Router plumbing and they showed up on time, were priced fairly and did a good job. Clean, fast and pleasantly.
I will recommend them to my friends, etc. and definitely use them again. There a new company that is going to do well.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The work described was not actually completed, and it's still pending. We have been dealing with them since Dec. 26th and till this day (2/23/23) the issues have not been resolved.. After contacting them repeatedly, we keep being told someone will look into it and follow up and still no resolution. The Division Manager Chris Latham was the person we dealt with from the start and he was not available thru most of the process, and when we tried contacting him with status for the job, he was not returning any calls nor had any form of communication with us. The work he described was not completed, and our house continues to get clogged. There was damage done to our shower with their machine while they tried unclogging it and Chris Latham took pictures of it, and apparently he has denied to the office that he did not take any footage and was not aware of any damages.

I call again today, (as anyone would be), I was extremely frustrated and upset about all the back and forth, and having to re-explain myself again about the pending work, plumbing issues, damages to the shower, and the representative Manager Ashley hung up on me. I offered to give them access to all my Ring Cam Footage, messages, etc. as well as to come back to our home to see it for themselves and it seems as if they are covering up for the mess Chris Latham made. Our ONLY concern has been to get the work completed as originally described by Chris and getting the shower damages fixed.

Here is just a few snapshots...Still having issues, and even with them offering Lifetime Warranty, it seems as if it's only worded out to give peace of mind to us as customers knowing they won't truly warranty their work.

They were supposed to replace 30ft of the cast iron going to the main line, and you can see in the highlighted circle that they did not replace it completely and left most of it.

We are hoping that the owner, or someone in upper Management reviews this and gets to the bottom it so no one else goes thru this type of experience. Our information is still on file, so hopefully this gets addressed and we can have someone contact us ASAP.

I was having problems with my kitchen sink being clogged badly. I called Elite and they were here within the hour! The technicians Junior and Christian were AWESOME! Great service, friendly and my plumbing issue was solved with no issues. Highly recommend!

Called on a Saturday for a leak. They were prompt and friendly on the visit. Leak detection ""Found"" where the leak was. Provided a quote without itemization. Asked for a quote with things itemized.

Paid a HVAC company to have the furnace removed as ""Elite"" said the leak was under it.

Workers showed up an hour late on Monday, at which time I still had not received an itemized quote.

When the itemized quote came through a couple of hours later there were all the standard items listed, labor, parts, concrete sawing, excavation, containment etc... AND a random line item for $6200 for ""Leak Repair"". When asked what this was for we were told ""it's 6200 for welding new copper pipe and fittings"".

I noted that this seemed excessive and the ""Boss"" told me I was free to get another quote, and I agreed that is what I would do.

We found another licensed plumber who agreed to finish the job for less than 1/3rd of the price.

When we decided to go with the new quote the ""Boss"" was verbally abusive and attempted to charge us the full labor amount for the entire job ($3800), in addition to the $1200 charge to ""sawcut concrete"" and $1000 to excavate the hole and $600 to cover 3 doorways with plastic and tape paper on the floor.

I asked to speak with a manager or owner and the ""Boss"" told me that would not be possible as the owner was in London and couldn't be bothered to speak with me"". Threatened us with a lawsuit if we didnt pay the full amount.

Agreed to a reduced labor amount to be done with them:

$850 for leak detection that pinpointed the wrong area and $5k to cut a 3'x3' chunk of concrete and dig down less than 2 feet. Total of 4-5 hours of work ($1875 in labor charges for this) and didnt fix anything.

New plumber came in, found that the ""Leak Detection"" was looking in the wrong area and there was no need to remove the furnace to make this repair... an additional $1500 we didn't need to spend.

When they came to pickup the tools they left behind they saw the name of the company who we had hired to complete the job and the ""Boss"" decided it would be a good idea to text me and ""Warn"" me about how bad the new company I hired was. Super professional.

Paying the $5850 for the work done, AND paying the new company to finish the job was still $5k less than the quote from ""Elite""

This is the absolute wrong company to trust...first their address is wrong on the internet they are located at 3000 Bunsen Ave Suite B in Ventura. They arrived in one hour on emergency on a holiday. Then they took a look and had me sign what l thought was an authorization to perform work but it was a bill for $9700.00 before they did the work!?! The district manager assured me there would be no charge and it would be covered by insurance only to find out insurance does not cover plumming. They did the work and the workers are good guys then as soon as payment was issued the receipt and report with pictures for my insurance company and the warranty that was promised did NOT come and l knew l was conned. Speaking to the office dispatcher and the manager and the owner and the director of operations made No difference! They triple charged me for a sewer repipe and gave me No actual receipt no warranty and they made a huge mistake leaving open my house clean out which continued for weeks to spill sewage under my house causing me to become incredibly ill and creating a big bill to clean it up....they have taken No action to make this better at all! Do not trust this business...my honest contractors tell me they are doing this to other customers. I am a senior and a veteran and l have my doctorate...every attempt to remedy my situation has failed. They are cold hearted con artists! They took my only savings and promised a new bathroom as they have 5 contractor licenses only to take off as soon as payment was rendered never to be heard from again! Extremely DISHONEST bait n switch Pirate game that went from a $385 toilet pipe rooter, to complete fraud and elder abuse of stealing $3200 for a stronger rooter only machine job to get some roots out of the drain pipe!
No re-piping or construction, just a basic rooter of 2 hours and outright Fraud and Deception!
The men were out of the house to approve it, and they stole this amount in cash from one of the elder ladies at our house.
They also took 3 days to do a drain clean by rescheduling on the 1st day, and then sent a new guy who watched a video on how to do a basic rooter job that did nothing, and then the con game got deeper the next day... shame on you at the deepest level.. the VC District attorney will be called!!!

We schedule our service and they provided service right away . Christian Gómez came in within 2 hours after we called them. One of our toilets was clogged and he took care of it. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Owning multiple homes in the area I was told not wise them but I didn't listen! Pompous ignorant owner, bp, office and technicians a waste of money!! They screwed people and change names!! I heard they were Mr Rooter before which could explain everything

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain on a Friday afternoon. I called Elite Rooter and they were able to fix my problem on the same day for a very reasonable price.

The technician Christian Gomez was very professional as well as skilled in his trade. I would recommend Mr. Gomez and Elite Rooter for any plumbing issue.
